Had to return something purchased online. Not only did the associate take care of the return but also took the time to reorder the product at a different size online. This was a huge convenience and was greatly appreciated. Will definitely shop there again in the future.

We’ve been to Dick’s Sporting Goods multiple times to get baseball gear for our son, and every time Evan has been an incredible help. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes sure our son finds gear he not only needs but actually likes. His patience and attention to detail make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate his help and will definitely keep coming back!

We just purchased 3 new mountain bikes today and Robert in the bike section was wonderful! He was super knowledgeable, helpful, nice, and gave us great information and helped us pick out the perfect bikes. He went above and beyond with helping us today. We highly recommend going to this store and asking for him if you are in the market for a new bicycle!

What a joke ? I picked up a soccer cleats and the price was 60$ and then when we came to the register they said it was 187$ ????? We told them it said 59.99 on the box . They went in side and they got the same exact shoe that I took out the foam from inside and they said u got the wrong shoe this is the right one ????? I told them it’s the shoe I just gave u and now ur saying this is the one that was 59.99 ? When we went to the cashier again the total was 324$ ???????????? What the heck ? Wy are u guys changing the price ??? Then I said 324 ???? And they said oh sorry it’s the wrong one . Your new total is 70$ . Do not go to this store. This store is nothing but a joke . And this didn’t just happen to us it happen to another girl that was in line and she was as confuse as us with our items . Worst sports store I’ve ever been to . 1 star

A huge thanks to the Warwick Dicks bike department! Bought a kids bike from Dicks in North Attleboro and a brake part broke somehow early into my kid riding the bike. Brought the bike to Dicks in Warwick as it was closer to our home and I work in the city. We were helped by a man, Robert in the bikes department. He asked if we purchased the bike from there or the extended warranty which we hadn’t. He then put the bike on the stand and discovered what was broken. He tried a similar part but it didn’t work right, he then spent some time rummaging through a few drawers and was able to find the correct part and fixed the bike. He also went through all the nuts and bolts, air pressure etc. double checking everything. I would give this employee 10 stars if I could. Old school service, very knowledgeable, polite, professional and helpful. He didn’t need to do anything but went out of his way to help. I also tried tipping him and he would not accept under any circumstances. I would like to say thank you again and I will definitely be purchasing my next bike from Dick’s in Warwick.

At 920am tuesday morning worker rob was very rude it kinda ruined my morning the hockey section is very small dont reccomend going walmart is right behind it you can get yogamats,dumbells,basketballs,footballs ect for a fraction of the price!

Phil, the manager, was able to get everything taken care of for me in an amazingly timely manner, even after being told by the 1(800) customer service number that there was nothing that could be done. Every single employee who answered the phone was professional, helpful and polite. I'd give you all 500 stars if I could. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Asked an associate for a shoe to try on, then sat and waited for him to bring it out. Watched him bring out shoes for another person that had asked for help, look at me, then go around adjusting displays to make them look good without acknowledging me again. Waited about 10-15 minutes, couldn’t find another associate in the shoe section so just left. Waste of my time.
