First time dropping off my laundry, and last. I dropped it off yesterday morning. Came in to pick up my laundry this morning. The attendant was sitting there reading. Said I could grab my clothes. I looked and my underwear was still not folded, since they cannot be dried. She didn't even realize it wasn't done. Threw them in a bag, obviously not folded. My hanging clothes didn't even have a bag over them to safeguard transportation. Very disappointed with the service this morning. Just got my clothes home and I paid for softener, was not done. Also most of the clothes I had to refold due to the bag not being tied tight enough. All that money spent and I had to do most of the work myself.

I only use the laundry mat for comforters too large for my own washer. DP’s is so close which is why I went there. An older woman attendee was so rude to me after I asked her for help with a dryer that wouldn’t turn on. I was going to ask for a manager to report her but after reading other reviews, I realized that she is probably the owner. No need for such unprofessional and unnecessary behavior. Also, customers were allowed to smoke right by the entrance and even after almost 2 hours, my comforter was still wet. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Very clean and orderly laundromat, with friendly staff providing professional results! Dropped off some laundry here this morning and it was done and ready for pick up in just a few hours! Mary did a beautiful job folding them as well! Thank you!

Very clean and spacious atmosphere. Plenty of new machines. I started using them a few weeks ago for loads of towels until our dryer is installed at work. Michelle is always so helpful and friendly when I go. She goes out of her way to make things easy and convenient for you. They are very lucky to have an honest hard worker like her. It goes a long way and is much appreciated.

Usually this place is aweeeeesome, but recently the last time I brought my clothes in for them to wash for me, I got attitude, rolling of eyes hands being thrown in the air, & slamming the washer doors from one specific worker when I'm seen walking up with my laundry basket, I've never felt like more of an inconvenience for having someone do their job. I love the night ladies, but the one lady who works in the afternoon on weekends, definitely needs some help in there so shes not so overwhelmed every weekend. I miss this place but don't think I'll return

I wanna give 5 stars to Michelle and all the woman that work so hard at this laundry mat. I get my clothes washed by them twice a week. Michelle is always smiling even in this awful heat w no ac in the building! Thank u for always working so hard.

It's everything you need for an emergency laundry run. I'd recommend bringing your own coins and soaps. Machines are between $6 and $8.

Always clean, machines always clean (make sure you clean your lint trap before and after drying), do your own or drop your laundry off, also offers dry cleaning and drive-up service. Change machines, attendant, vending machines for laundry needs and food/drinks. Small play area for kids and bathrooms. Walking distance to many restaurants, stores, coffee and specialty places. Dryers dry well and fast. TV and WiFi available.

This place is absolutely horrible worker she Threatened us and yelled at us for using a dryer after I proceeded to say that I'm a customer and I can use the dryer I don't see what the problem is she didn't fall be out of the facility they gave me the finger and said f*** you this place is not anywhere you wanna go to the one on Sapporo one on Saturday on Saturday, 12 March just plays with his horrible I'm gonna contact the manager said you're fired that's a horrible don't come here a horrible place

The laundromat is very clean,and, the cost is reasonable. The people who work there are pleasant, and always have a smile for their customers!

I thought this place was great if you want to drop off your laundry and have them do it for you . I normally do my own but I needed help recently and this place was close by. They did a great job and when I picked up she told me to pull my car up to the drive through, I never knew laundromats had them. What a great idea. The prices were the lowest in my area too
