After a nice phone call, I will tell you that the person I dealt with originally was not the actual manager. Just a person that worked there they claim to be.
The actual manager has been helping me for years, and I really appreciated all her kindness over the years.
Once she found out about my experience, they reached out to me directly to straighten things out immediately.
That is true customer service.

I went to exchange a jacket that I had bought too large, the first associate I dealt with was very rude and gave me a hard time. I was told I couldn’t exchange or return the jacket because I did not have the tag (which an employee cut off upon purchasing it) even though I had the receipt. After a few minutes of browsing Guillermo got me right and allowed me to exchange the jacket without an issue. This is not the first encounter I’ve had with an entitled employee at this location. Very disappointing.

The store representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am so glad that my husband's new sports jacket can have the arms altered a little to make them longer. He has very long arms, and I wish that jackets could be altered by more than 1/2 inch in the arms. Thanks also for the tip on buttoning the shirt sleeve to the 2nd button to make the shirt arm tighter/not stick out as much from under the jacket.

We spent like $400 in there this past weekend and would have spent more but “Kathy” made the experience so unenjoyable we left and finished our shopping elsewhere. It was to the point I almost asked for her name to be removed from “who helped us”, because it was QUITE the opposite.
