I always get bruised when having blood work but not this time. Rita is amazing, painless and not a mark on my arm. I will def continue to visit her for any future blood work.

The Nurse at this facility is a STAR!! At 70 years old I have had a lot of blood drawn and was even in a Blood Study in 1979 that was used to develop the Hepatitis Vaccines where they took five red cap tubes of blood for 22 weeks. I will only go to this location when blood work has to be done...plus she is a blast to chat with, like visiting a friend. Don't miss the little bobblehead collection in the window either. Just the BEST!!!

Had Rita draw my blood in the past, felt nothing. Today I had Barbara and I was nervous as Rita was there but Barbara did my blood draw. Barbara, well done because I felt nothing. Both are great at drawing blood. Both have excellent personalities and immediately put you at ease. Especially if you’re a chicken like me. Thank you to both of you for being great at what you do. We the people, appreciate it immensely!!

It's a blood lab, not to busy, with the right timing. The tech there if very friendly and knowledgeable.

Found it to be understaffed, woman there although very efficient seemed to be out of sorts. (did arrive at lunchtime) maybe the reason.

UPDATE: Rita wasn't in but Diana was fantastic! I never felt the needle! Again this Lab gets 5 stars as the best, especially for those who have had terrible experiences at other Labs in the past.Ty Diana!4 mos ago: Rita was fantastic! I am extremely phobic of needles having had some bad experiences with my small veins. The whole process was completed so quickly and without any issues whatsoever! I will go to Rita from now on and am so glad I came to this location! I highly recommend Rita!

Rita was fantastic! I am phobic about needles having had prior issues at other Labs BUT Rita did my blood work perfectly. Didn't even feel a pinch! I highly recommend her and will go to her for all my lab work in the future!
