Seems money producing companies are cutting back on help.

There isn't one person to do the paperwork, and the other takes blood. There's one person that does all the paperwork, AND takes the blood. A waste of patients time. From now on, I'll be going to the competition.

This place has a bad reputation. There are some good people there now, not so in the past. About 7 years ago I encountered the clinician from hell a middle age wise guy who practically announced he did not like working there/ In all honesty I felt like I had entered the gates of a concentration camp (with his attitude). Totally botched the needle insertion, I was left with a bruised and sore arm for days. TO THE MANAGEMENT: Please pay a little bit more to have good people working there/ I was going to report this place to the board of health (but I was too busy with work)

Went in to get blood work, walked up to the counter and the rude women behind the counter looked at me shot me a dirty look and said "can you give me a minute" with the biggest attitude. and there is a number system you have to take a number so i go to grab one cause there are other people waiting as well and as i grab a number she stands up looks at me and said "you don't need a number, i saw you. I know you are here already" extremely rude, and then after the extremely dirty look she gave me, she slammed the clip board down in front of me for me to sign it. She should never be working with people, she is lucky i didn't snap back. She needs to be fired ASAP. I don't understand how someone could be so rude. Im calling and I'm going to continue to call until something is done about it. I have never been talked to like that by someone who is supposed to be a professional.. she has serious growing up to do which is sad because she isn't that young. However the women who took my blood was a nice lady.
