Edible arrangements staff went above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. They did everything I specified and more! The fruit bouquet was beautiful and delicious! The delivery was on time and everything was fresh!

Stopped in today Friday the 13th you know what they say. But it was anything but it was a great experience I needed flowers for my granddaughters graduation of elementary school at Garden Elementary in Cranston Rhode Island the gal that helped me was so very nice she put a nice arrangement together for me to present to my granddaughter at a graduation I was thrilled and I had great service I'll look forward to coming back to that shop right off of Post Road very friendly and courteous thank you very much for making me look good at the graduation.

Very nice delivery and trusted to leave for my access. There was a small balloon that fell off and was left in the driveway but not a problem. All food items delicious and will order again

I came with a friend to pick up an order. He had already came in around 1pm and they told him it was not ready yet and to come back in 40 minutes. He came back 1 hour and 40 minutes later, and his order still isn’t ready and about 15-20 people came in and out with the orders with no issues. I completely understand that it’s a “holiday”, but come on!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

I ordered a custom 12 pack of cookies, and only received 6 cookies. I called and spoke with the store about a partial refund, and she said she would call me back momentarily about it. I never heard anything or got my money back.

I ordered a Birthday Tray for a friend of mine to be delivered to Scalabrini Rehab Center. The arrangement was obviously delivered, but unfortunately, the patient never received the gift. The facility stated his last name was not on the card, which was due to an error by Edible Arrangements. After speaking to management, I was told that it was delivered, but unfortunately, not sure who received it. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal for a refund!

If i could, I would give this place 0 stars. My husband and his mom's boyfriend went to this place and bought a 6pk and a 12pk of chocolate covered strawberries on 2/14, and the strawberries were moldy. If they had looked at the reviews beforehand, they would have avoided wasting their money on this place! I don't know how they are still in business after seeing the other reviews. Don't waste your time and money on this place!

Horrible customer service, extremely rude.The “manager”, Diane, called me a “liar” when I told her that I unfortunately couldn’t pick up flowers that were supposed to be delivered today.Ordered a bundle of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries ($160). Flowers were never delivered, I called and asked nicely if we could either get a refund or get the flowers resent, instead we were laughed at and several rude comments were made by the manager over the phone. I will never order from here or any edible arrangements location again. And, I will be spreading the word as well. Thank you.
