I had a terrible experience at Hot Nails on Greenwich Ave. I chose a blue gel color for my pedicure. I thought the nail tech was putting a base coat on my nails but it was a gel color that was not the blue that I chose!! I have never had a problem here. To people have said their nails are too thick, they ask you how you like it before painting. So if u thought it was too thick, you should've let them know and they would fix it without any questions.
