Rented at the Providence, RI airport. The entire staff, from the young woman at the counter to the gentleman that showed us to our vehicle were super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely rent from ENTERPRISE again!

Enterprise Rent a Car at the Providence airport was a disappointing experience. We rented a Volkswagen Atlas and had to return it the next day due to a broken touch screen. We spent a fair amount of time renegotiating the terms with Dennis, the Providence agent, as we were significantly delayed leaving town, moved hundreds of pounds of boxes into a smaller SUV, had no A/C one day, and ultimately met with rush hour traffic we should have avoided, etc. We also sent several emails trying to solve the issue after the fact, but the whole communication line was murky and it was difficult to raise any interest from their side. Our emails just seem to go nowhere. Dennis, the agent who we negotiated with said the contract would be shortened by a day as well as extended two hours on the return side. On return in Newark, we could see it was same old contract, paying the higher rate for a car we couldn't keep and none of the points we had agreed to were honored- half tank of gas, plus I was hit with a "late" return fee at 5pm, even though we had agreed I could return the car at 6pm. I'm sure this company is fine if nothing goes wrong, but I would avoid them if possible. Luckily we had 45 minutes of extra time at the Newark drop off and met with an honest manager who helped change the contract retroactively. Dennis talked a big game. If we had been rushing, and didn't spend time on this issue we would have been overcharged by nearly 50 per cent.... literally hundreds of dollars. All in all I think we spent at least seven hours of our vacation time dealing with this problem.

Easy online check in and pickup--they had a good selection of cars to choose from for our needs. Very accessible to walk from the airport through a sky walk. Thank you!

If I could give this company 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I was previously a loyal Enterprise customer. That is no longer the case. I returned a vehicle to Enterprise and mistakenly forgot my purse in the car. Instead of being an upstanding company and notifying me of my error and my forgotten belongings, Enterprise passed the car along to their third party cleaning company. The employee of the third party company blatantly stole my wallet, AirPods, and $100 worth of gift cards. Thankfully they did leave my empty purse to retrieve. Despite filing a police report and dealing with multiple useless Enterprise employees, not one single thing was done to make this right for me. Not only am I out the cost of all the things I lost, I also had to replace my license and all of my cards. There was a blatant paper trail as the employee used cash app to send themself cash from my accounts. Enterprise and the third party company simply did not care. They completed a "formal" investigation, seemingly completed by moles who cannot see in the daylight, they came up empty. They identified the employee who cleaned the car, but did not do a single thing to rectify the situation. The employee continues to work for the company and I am out hundreds of dollars in items. I simply cannot fathom running a company and not doing a single thing to help rectify a situation in which my employees blatantly steal from customers and I continue to employ them. Beware when renting from Enterprise since they don't seem to care about anyone but themselves.

I've always had good service with Enterprise, and this time was no exception. Jenna received me at the desk when I arrived and was friendly and efficient. The team who gave me the car was also friendly and helpful. Jenna attended me when I returned the car, with the same great attitude as her co-workers. The car was just what I needed and was in excellent condition. Hertz had run out of cars and doing business with Avis was awful. Thank you again to Jenna and her manager Stephen the night I arrived.

I arrive to pick up my rental and I am told at the counter that there is a $400 deposit for the vehicle! After looking I cannot find this disclosed or anywhere on the website when making a reservation.

I've always had good service with Enterprise, and this time was no exception. Alejandro received me at the desk when I arrived and was friendly and efficient. The young woman who gave me the car was also friendly and helpful. John attended me when I returned the car, with the same great attitude as his co-workers. The car was just what I needed and was in excellent condition. I've used cheaper car rental services, but I find it's with paying a little more to go with Enterprise.

When changes were made to our rental agreement they refused to refund the money until the car was returned, essentially holding several hundred dollars for no reason.

Do not ever rent a car from enterprise at the TF Green airport in Providence. Me and my fiancé set up our rental on Thanksgiving for when we got back from our trip in December and we get here and they tell us that we are not allowed to use the card that they knew we were using and now we are stranded here and they are not willing to help us in anyway. I am very upset just trying to get home to our children, and they gave us no options. I will be calling corporate. This is absolutely unacceptable. The staff are disgusting in the way that they talked to us and treated us was completely Uncalled for!!!!!!! Wish I could give zero stars.

I returned a rental vehicle in Wilmington North Carolina location and because I have to take a flight at 4:00 am in the morning, I forgot my Oakley sunglasses and I knew exactly were there were so I call the location at the time they open and they said they will call me back, they never did so I call again and they told me they did not find it. Bunch of thief's, if you are renting from them, please make sure don't forget anything because they will steal it.
