they towed my car at the subway parking lot at URI while i was in subway for 15 minutes, company is a joke, guys towing blame the boss, boss blames the tow people, then they spew lies about having a software that “knows if you left” when asked about it they confused the information and couldn’t explain how it worked. tried to charge me under the table for cash

i was riding my bike around my neighborhood when someone in one of these trucks started harassing and trying to get me to go up to his truck he was a really short guy with a beard he kept threatening me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable

These guys didn't tell me their truck got rerouted to a police tow so I sat on the side of the road for over an hour believing they were coming. Had to call multiple times to find out they weren't coming.

Illegally towing my vehicle, no log no record of my car being towed police had to be involved. Invoices are not correct about my car but still had to pay cash $127 bucks cash only to some guy sitting on back of tow truck bed in a empty lot no office not business cards no paper work in general I don't even know who that driver was but had a name tag....Jason was his name....I don't recommend this towing company .......P and P recovery Express towing they have like that name on their business cards ....they are hiding behind P and P towing here

Company very nice I didn't have my car out there so I left I called the girl what a pleasant little girl she is and they sent him back he came back his name is Dante nice nice kid everything went off smoothly I appreciate them sending him back thank you girl

My insurance company sent Express Towing to me when my car broke down yesterday. The driver arrived within the estimated time and he was very professional and treated my car with care. It is stressful to have your car break down, but he made towing my car smooth and easy. Great experience, could not have been any better!

what a joke of a company, after waiting almost 4hours a tow truck finally showed up, I tried getting actual times and figure out what was going on with it taking so long to come get my car and no one could give me a strait answer. Told me someone was down the street from my home and would be there soon and i got a notification 45 minutes later they were on their way to my home. I will never use them or recommend them again. and I will make sure people know how horrible this company is.Service: Car towing

They were supposed to tow my car but never called me back to cancel. The lady on the phone gave the excuse that my car was too low for their tow truck. I waited 90 mins to call them back for her to tell me that! Thank god I wasn’t broken down on a highway, I would’ve froze to death. This business needs to do some serious customer service training. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and defensive…she needs to be fired.

Waited 2 hours and 2’phone calls later woman was rude and canceled my tow. Would never recommend and told my insurance company. Would never recommend to anyone.
