What a bunch of unprofessional,disrespectful,rude,incompetent workers!Cindy has the worst personality for this business! Even the 1st look she gives you, you feel like you're putting her out.If she was a talented hairdresser,she could maybe get away with it. But she's messed me up twice now. Never going back.

Literally they don’t even deserve 1 star Miserable and rude from the moment I walked in I didn’t even get a hello .. I haven’t gone for a haircut in 3 years . Hair stylist have become such bullies that expect top dollar for no effort and a rotten attitude…. I came straight from work . I was 10 minutes late and they wouldn’t take me because they had another appointment who wasn’t even there . . They insisted my appointment was 4:15 pm and I showed them the email saying 4:20 pm . They were so ignorant and rude and didn’t even treat me like a person. I literally cried in my car after walking out because they made me feel so bad . They have no flexibility and clearly don’t care about having any customers. I left work early to get there and that’s time I won’t get back just to be told to leave . If I went there tomorrow I’d have to leave work again early. I have a great deal of patience but, the way they talked to me was terrible. Honestly they accused me of lying which is unprofessional . When I said it’s literally 10 minutes they were like “ oh well that’s 10 minutes she has to work .” I think they have no concept of reality saying come back tomorrow and miss an hour of work over 10 minutes. Honestly I wouldn’t want to give them any of my money nor would I really want them touching my hair … the girl’s hair looked awful…. Don’t go there . You work hard for your money don’t hand it over to people who make you feel bad it isn’t worth it .

Well, what a disaster! We had an appointment for my 87 year old mom to get a perm. When we arrived the only woman that was working there, was very rude! She did not even acknowledge us!? Then after 5 minutes I spoke up asking about our appointment she said you have to wait to talk with me ! Then when she was finished styling her customer’s hair she said that she didn’t think she could do Mom because she didn’t think she could sit in a chair! I said yes, she can. I brought her walker with us and she can walk with a walker over to the chair. Then she said let’s go to the sink and see if she can get her hair washed?
I told her mom would need a booster seat because she’s short and she said let’s try it without first of course she couldn’t do it and we got a booster seat which was way too high so she said I’m sorry you’ll have to go to another salon!? Then she said, I’ll call the Coventry store and see if they have any openings? We are in Warwick, we aren’t driving down to Coventry!? I told mom let’s get the hell out of here and she agreed! Worst attitude of any hair dresser ever!

went in for a bang trim… to preface this, i’d gone here before only a couple weeks before this incident for the same thing, no issues and the most amazing stylist. i’ve had my eyebrow pierced for a couple months, not long enough to take out & this first stylist did great in avoiding it no questions asked! during a bang trim. then comes the second appointment a few weeks later. i want the bangs shorter, the same stylist isn’t there on this day so i take the chance and book a different one because a bang trim is so simple. this lady is sooo rough with the comb, without even looking at what she’s doing she gets the bar of the piercing wedged between two of the comb teeth, and then starts pulling up and away from my face when i obviously cry out in pain. she then tells me “if i want anyone to cut my hair, i should have taken it out”. I APOLOGIZED, and said that because another stylist at this same location had done just fine with it that i hadn’t even thought to, & how it’s too new to take out for a hair appointment. She cops a killer attitude, continues cutting roughly, & i end the haircut early because I can see that she’s not cutting the bangs in the way that i asked at all. this place is very hit or miss, lots of miss. & then as im having a panic attack over the pain the piercing that was ripped from my face is in, she “can’t get the card reader to work” & is insisting i can get my card numbers from my tap to pay on my phone so she can type them in (hadn’t brought my wallet in, NEVER had card payment issues here & truly seems like she wanted to pocket the $12 & write me off as a no show or something). i was originally gonna let it go, but i’ve just had to take out the eyebrow piercing due to the infection that came from her wacking & ripping it up with a comb, so a stupid $12 haircut turned into an $80 haircut when you factor in ‘lost piercing holes’ & i’m peeved

Went to FS today for a simple cut and blow dry to look and feel nice for my upcoming birthday. Emilee was my “stylist” and was absolutely miserable the entire time! I tried to chat a few times and received NO response. Fine. I asked for curtain bangs and received blunt cut bangs. When I asked if she could just angle them a bit more she was frustrated and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I paid and left. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed at an establishment. I will not return and will make sure I don’t recommend to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... I just got a haircut here and my stylist didn't even know how to blend a basic men's haircut. Also my simply fade is the most uneven cut I've ever see. please save your time and never come here.

I walked in around 4 and only had to wait around 15 minutes. I hadn't had a haircut in a couple years and have never been to this Salon. I had Abby and she was great! She listened to what I had in mind and I love my hair now! I'll definitely return and will always ask for Abby. I recommend trying Fantastic Sam's because the price is fantastic ( ha ha)
