Had 2 day delivery with signature required. Security cameras on house show fed Ex driver pulls up and take a photo through his window and never got out of the vehicle and stated delivery attempt was made and no note was left. He didn't leave a note because he never got out of the vehicle. Horrible service that why I always use UPS or USPS instead.

Charging 11 dollars me to re-deliever because you couldn't follow the note on the delivery is insane. FedEx is actually the work company, and especially this branch

If I could leave no stare I would! The delivery was attempted 3 times to my mail room even though it was an in person sign delivery. I contacted them around 8 times telling them that their driver is missing up. The manager or staff member i guess at the location finally calls me and was soooooo rude. I was talking to her and she hung up on my face! She sat right up just hung up on me!!! Like are seriously trying to help customers or deliberately pissing them off. No manners! No ethics! No sense of responsibility or professionalism! and definitely No idea id what there job actually is!!! Shameful

I've been waiting all day for a package supposedly it was out for delivery and they attempted to deliver at 3:56 p.m. which I've been here all day doing housework unprofessional smh
