Anthony, Niko and the manager Stephen are the absolute best! I walked in with a flat tire half an hour before closing. And they fixed the flat tire and also gave me a new one for my other side that it was almost completely bald for an amazing price and quality. I highly recommend Firestone. Great stuff and even better products! <3

Craig is the best Firestone manager ever! So very helpful. My car would not survive without craig! He is a doctor but for cars if not for him my car would have been dead!

got a flat tire after leaving work in the morning and decided to just come here for a patch, took probably 30 minutes for my car to get pulled in then almost 2 hours to be told that I have a nail and a tire which I knew and also asked for a quote on tires and in the quote, it had stated there were shocks needing to be done when they were brand new, was there for a total of at least two hours. Do not recommend.

Under no circumstances would I ever use this shop again or recommend it to anybody I like. They tell tell you parts need to be replaced to pass safety inspection (like calipers and rotors) that are in perfect working order and not nearly a safety risk. Got it inspected elsewhere just fine.
They are also crazy expensive. I had them service my AC for $250 and it worked for a few days then stopped. Brought it back and they want to charge me $1500 to replace the compressor and condenser. If the compressor is bad, why did it work for those few days? Because the compressor is fine and they don’t know exactly what’s wrong with it. These people are crooks. I won’t even go to them for tires anymore. I’ll bring my business elsewhere, thank you.

I have a 20 year old Lexus. I made an appointment, I arrived 90 minutes early and they took me right away. I used a discount coupon. They changed my oil and oil filter, topped off other fluids, and made good recommendations. In the waiting room, I heard the service they gave to other callers that included advice and even sent a tech out to a customer's home to check their prior work and give training, gratis. We need more people like that in this world.

Went there without knowledge what's wrong with My car. I was called promptly the same day told what was wrong which was minor expense but still costly . Told the rep I couldn't afford it . So they explained there's a credit card I could apply for to get my problems fixed and I was approved in no time and was able to repair my vehicle . Got it back and it's like the problems never even happened. Back to normal and able to do what I need to do now. Great service. Timely fashioned ,knowledgeable and honest . I'd definitely refer family and friends there

This place is great! Chic is very helpful and explains everything. I brought my car in for new tires and they noticed that both back breaks were bad. I brought my car to the dealer about a month and a half ago for an inspection and service and they never informed me about it. Firestone told me that my car should have never passed inspection because of how bad my tires and breaks were. I will never bring it to the dealer again and will bring it here from now on! Thank you Chic and your team. Keep up the amazing work!

Everyone was friendly and helpful despite being short staffed. Car was ready in a reasonable amount of time and checkout was easy for a family member of mine to pick it up.
