Best Firestone in the 401 area always super helpful and polite and the lead times are the best I have seen out of any other mechanic shop I’ve visited. I highly recommend going to see tire manager Deb for all your needs she’s a great advisor and the manager Dave always super helpful as well. Keep up the great work Firestone Bald hill

Walked in 2x in a 2 month span with 2 different vehicles. The 2nd time is now my full time drive and Debra and the Team did an amazing job. I got the lifetime Alignment and Road Hazard for the tires I wanted…it’s a small price to pay due to the pricing of over 300 per but..couldn’t be happier with my choice of tires and company.

Came in for 1 tire, over the course of 3 weeks I ended up immediately needing another each time I left after I assume they dropped nails in the parking lot or rigged it themselves, old tricks anyways, then a sensor went out that wasn't when I dropped it off and broken when returned it to me, when confronted, they denied it and it remained broken until I fixed it 13 months later today at townfair up the road. Do yourselves a favor and go up the road to townfair tire. Great deals, honest people who have passion for their jobs I can't imagine the conditions and pay at Firestone I feel bad because the. It gets projected out at the customers. Firestone lift bays will dent the bottom of your car, they will get you coming back, they will upsell you without transparency unless you fight back. Who owns this place?!?! You good?? You good with a 3. Average star review???

Made an appointment for 12pm for 2 tires and an oil change. Told advisor we were waiting and we're given an estimated completion time of 1pm. At 245pm, we go back to check the status and were told it's almost ready, they were doing the last tire. At 330pm, tech came out and said they only had 1 tire, not 2. Obviously, no one checked the inventory before making us wait. The service advisor blamed the manager and techs for everything and refused to take responsibility or apologize, even giving an attitude. I did question her ability to do her job as it was obvious she didn't not keep our appointment time and was taking walk-ins. Finally at 4pm, the car was done. We did not receive an apology for the delay. On our drive home, another motorist informed us there was a tire wedged under the car. We drive back to the location and the manager had to lift the car to remove the tire. He stated that the tech was rushing to get the car done and must have forgotten to remove it. Again no apology for the serious safety issue caused.

Not a happy camper. Dropped off a tire to be fixed at 9 am.Got a courtesy call need a new tire. Fine. It takes 7 hrs to change a tire? Not too mention the 200.00 I paid for a tire. ?. Not exceptable

I had a 2:30 appointment to have my tire repaired from a screw. I had taken the tire off to have them fix it and was told it was a 20 minute so I told them I would wait. After a hour and checking the status for the 3rd time time, I would have thought they would have told me I could go home but they never did instead saying it was being worked on. I waited in my car and in shop for 2 hours for a simple patch. I would have understood if they had told me to go home because they were understaffed but they didn’t and just had me waste my time waiting not giving me any real updates when I asked other than it’s being worked on which it definitely wasn’t be activity worked on for an hour. It was literally just a puncture repair that was suppose to take 20 minutes. Not returning

Can I write a review with no stars? My daughter had a leak in a tire on a Subaru Forester a few months ago. Firestone in Warwick wanted to sell her a new tire, but not just a new tire. They told her both front tires should match and tried to sell her two new front tires. But then told her that the treads on her back tires are so run-down they are almost illegal and recommended she buy four new tires because she had a slow leak in one tire. Wow, Guys. Really. We got the one tire fixed the next day at Town Fair Tires (either of their Warwick & Cranston locations is excellent) for $13.75. End of story. The repair has held up just find. Will never go to Firestone ever.
