I just had an aweful experience with a manager named Crystal after catching her and two other employees making fun of my wife behind her back not knowing I was right there listening to them. It was shamefully unprofessional behavior. I'm sure she will try to justify it to whichever regional manager that ends up reading this reviewI the same way she tried to justify herself to me, but the fact is she was demonstrating this disgusting behavior to the employees she manages. I guess I shouldn't expect much more from a company like this. I will never step foot in another 5 Below.
