went into buy new shoes with my friends, workers did not want to look for the shoe size and when asked if they had a size they didn’t not seem like they wanted to look at all, also just talking to the other workers and not helping customers

I just went in the store and I had an AWFUL experience. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I walk in, and immediately I was given a distasteful look by a bald worker. I brushed it off as he was just having a bad day, we all have those. Then, I go to the section to take a look at the Jordan's and shoes that they have there. Upon looking for 5 seconds, the worker then comes back over and says "just so you know, this whole section is for men." First of all, I don't care. Second, why is me being woman a valid excuse to call me out on looking at shoes. I will NOT be giving this place anymore of my precious time or money. ???

We were never offered help. The workers look at you and will walk by and not say a word. Workers need some schooling on customer service!

I had the opportunity to stop by this place. Was there for about 10-15 minutes and No greeting, No “how can I help you?”, nothing. Come to think of it, I don’t remember seeing an employee on this store, found what I was looking for, unfortunately, nobody around to get it for me.

Let’s start off with called the store 20x no answer come in to a sale associate on his cell phone mind you I live 1hr away to see if someone turned in my wallet another associate said someone else may know and neverrrrrr even check @footlocker what do you pay them for horrible customer service didn’t even take my name or number

This is a very complete shoe store. They have a large selection of brands, colors and sizes and if you don't see something you want, they can help you get it online. I found a pair of sneakers that my nephew wanted and I got the size he needed. Foot Locker is headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operates in 28 countries.
