Everytime i get Heather on the phone , it’s always a pleasure! She walks me through every question i have (i have a lot of questions, im a new car owner and renter.) thoroughly with the sweetest and kindest charm! This business is great. Brandon, one of the reps, got me a policy in 20 minutes on my new car while I was driving to register it. My previous insurance agent? They strung me along and weren’t answering. GEICO for the win.Responsive, professional, and with a whole portfolio of affordable insurance products. Highly recommended

I have been struggling to find car insurance that gives me full coverage, great costumer service, and very affordable. I placed a request for a quote online and then Branden gave me a call from the Warwick office. He was very patient, kind, and educated. He helped me understand the process to switch insurances, helped me compare all the selections with Geico compared to my old insurance, and helped teach me how to quickly cancel my other insurance so I didn’t have to sit on the phone for hours. I kept the SAME coverage as my previous insurance but am now paying $200 less a month than my other insurance. Amazing! I will happily refer this office and Branden to my friends.

Great rate & customer service from Brandon after Progressive raised their rates across the board. I was able to get a cheaper plan than I even had BEFORE! Switching was fast, easy and painless.

Terrible company stay away was with for years I've moved gave them new address and yet for last year and half they have sent my mail to old address now asking for paperwork in 24 hours or cancel my policy when had I not called for payment balance I would have never known paper was needed poor customer service supervisor went to sleep on me or muted me stay away from these people I gave them years of great service only to have them stab me in back over them not putting my new address on file
