I reached out to Gill Services via email to have them replace our old basement oil tank with a new one at our home in Providence, Rhode Island. The owner, Paul Gill, replied to my email inquiry on the same day I sent it in and he was extremely easy to work with. Paul and his assistant showed up on time on the day of the scheduled work, were extremely professional, explained what they would be doing clearly, and had no issues at all with the removal of the old oil tank or installation of the new one. I would highly recommend Gill Services if you are looking to remove, replace, or install an oil tank in your home.

Absolutely loved the professional and quick service. The guys came, worked, were very friendly and knowledgeable, explained every step to me, cleaned up and left. The prices were also very affordable. Hopefully I wont need to call them again any time soon for an oil tank replacement, but if I do, they will get my call over any other company. I highly recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $2800. for a new oil tank installation in April 2019. In September, December, February, June, July, August I had to have so many repairs done to my furnace as each time it was all clogged up by the sludge Gill Services pumped back in from my old tank. I had to pay for so many repairs, oil pumps, filters as well as service calls. When I complained to Gill Services they denied everything. I finally had to pay another $3000. to get another new oil tank from a much more reputable person. As they were putting in the new oil tank they said they never saw anything so awful, so much gunk in the tank Gill Services put in. All in all about $10,000. later I finally have a working furnace and clean oil tank, no thanks to Gill Services. Do not use Gill Services, I do not wish what I have been through on you. Stay away!

Terrible. Deeply disappointed in my plumber for recommending this awful company. They sent over some poorly trained people to install a new tank and when it caused a million issues, they denied EVERYTHING. Avoid this company at all costs.

Emergency situation with our oil tank prior to selling our house led us to call Gill Services. They were out the next day and were so professional and knowlegable. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend.
