I purchased 4 Goodyear assurance tires with an alignment, two years later and only five thousand soft miles on them, mind you this is spare vehicle, I had to replace the front two tires, they wanted to charge me 245.00 for one tire.
Ahhh, do yourself a favor look elsewhere, in a word ....horrible!

We were in town from south New Jersey for a wedding. We heard a rattling noise that was very concerning. Brought it in to this dealership and they not only fixed it in a few hours but we’re so fair about the cost. They were courteous and thorough. I would highly highly recommend this Goodyear location for all of your car maintenance needs.

Needed help with a patch and the team had no available appointments. Mike was very friendly and helpful, said if I left my car with them he would take care of it. They did an awesome job and were so easy to work with, would definitely go back.

Mike is always going above and beyond to take care of us when we take any of our 4 cars to NE Tire. I know I am always getting the best deal and the cars are being taken care of properly.

I had to buy new tires for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler and was referred to Mike at New England Tire. I met with Mike and spent an hour going over tire options, price and scheduling a time. He went above & beyond for me! Later that evening, I realized I ordered the wrong size tire (I was going from a 245/70R17 to 285/70R17), but since they were closed, I had to keep what I ordered, 265/70R17. The next day I contacted Mike and told him my mistake. He assured me (after dealing with my ADHD self), that he believed I would be happy with what I ordered. When I picked up my Jeep, I was super happy with the tires! If you want someone who is not going to pressure you into stuff you don't need with a really great personality, he's your guy! Mike was super professional and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need or want. I will 100% return there for all my tire needs! Amy V

This is the WORST PLACE to bring your vehicle. The staff is extremely rude and ignorant. I brought my car here and at first the place was professional and they did a good job. But as of this last year the service is horrible, they are not organized. I brought in my car for an alignment in the beginning of the year, and they put it in their system as if it was my dads car that they aligned. Mind you the car they have in the system for my dad, he has not owned in well over a year because he bought a brand new car off the lot. The alignment in my car went out not even a month later (it wasn’t done properly) so I call back and they basically tell me I was lying and my car never got aligned but my dads did. I’ve been a loyal customer of this Good Year for at least 4-5 years and I will NEVER BE COMING BACK! Save yourself the stress and the money.

I am very disappointed with New England tire. After reading good reviews and verbal recommendations I decided to give them a try. I had tires that were already mounted/balanced on aftermarket wheels. All I needed was the wheels put on my car, and an alignment. I made it very clear to them I also wanted my lugs torqued down to spec, spec being 80 ft lbs. my wheels were labeled as to which goes where, as they had been balanced already. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am, I got a call past noon that my car was ready, and they would recommend an alignment and balance. I said... the point of my car being there was for an alignment so yes.... I had to be at work and they knew this so they "hurried" and "gave me an alignment". Called again and said my car was all set. As soon as I got on the highway, running late for work at this point because of their negligence, I notice I wasn't given a print out for my alignment and my car was driving like absolute crap. I returned the next day and asked nicely if they had a copy of the alignment printout. They could not produce one because they never did the alignment that they had no issue charging me full price for. I work at a dealership that uses the same alignment system as them, we can print out any alignment for a certain allotment of days, AND it is kept on file. Nobody even tried to argue with me that the vehicle was aligned because they Knew exactly what they did. Then also comes the issue that they did not put the wheels on the correct hubs, defeating the point of my pre balanced wheels. THEN also comes the issue that they whammed my wheels on with an impact gun, which I SPECIFICALLY asked them not to, when I checked my lugs with my torque wrench, my wheels were on PAST 150 FT LBS!!!!! Horrible. Spec is 80. Doing that s*** will stretch studs, causing premature failure and if that breaks leading to catastrophic problems. Thank god I am a mechanic and I checked my s*** but I feel so sorry for all the unsuspecting people that are not mechanically inclined that they are absolutely screwing over!! Unbelievable. Nobody even tried to argue with me, just immediately returned my money because they definitely know what they did. I've never been so disgusted with service somewhere in my life.

I recently had my car fixed at the Good Year Warwick location and the service was excellent. Mike V. was friendly and explained exactly what needed to be done to my car. He made sure the car was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them!

While I was driving around warwick Ri I felt My brakes was squeeking and I felt it was that time for new Brakes to be done So I stop at Goodyear on 1950 Warwick Ave , warwick RI . I had a great experience and great service from Mikey who took care of my vehicle and not only the service was awesome but his speed was unblemished could’nt believe how fast my car was done. If you’re looking for great service and awsome job on your car this is the place to go and Deal with Mike … ?????????? Promise you wont be disappointed.

I called this morning for an oil change on my Fiat 500, they gave me an appointment for 12....said it would be about an hour. I brought my car at 12, they had everything ready for the oil change because they knew I was on my lunch break. My car was done in half an hour. The service was excellent but just the consideration for me and my time was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this Good Year on Warwick Avenue and I'll be bringing my car here again. Thank you again Guys!!

Will never go here ever again. Took my car for an inspection that they said they could complete same day. They never called and closed while keeping my car overnight without calling me to tell me they couldn't complete it same day as originally promised. I called corporate and the VP was extremely rude and acted like he could care less about my experience and then hung up on me! Bought tires previously from them and the leaked ever since I bought them and they refused to help. Never have had a good experience dealing with this place. Inspection failed which is fine I can fix my car, but why would it take 4 hours for them to get my car ready for me to pick it up when they have had it for 24 hours now? ***update: I went to pick up the car and Mike was extremely rude. I asked why they never called and he lied to my face and to the customer waiting and he said he did call and said he did tell us the car would stay overnight! I told him we never got a phone call and he shoved the keys and paper in my face and yelled "never come back!" The absolute worst customer service by far I have ever dealt with! You have been warned we will definitely not be returning ever again!
