I had ordered a Kemper Hood by Masterbrand that was Quartersawn Seal Brindle with Timeworn (Timeworn - to make it look old). Paid extra for the Timeworn. When the hood was delivered, it was without the Timeworn. Since it took nearly 5 months for delivery, and I was done with waiting any longer for the replacement and accepted the hood without the Timeworn. However, after requesting a reimbursement from Gulfeagle Supply in Warwick, RI, I was informed that I had already received discounts (basically the extra that I paid was not going to be reimbursed). Yes, I did receive discounts but I did still pay extra for the Timeworn. Gulfeagle Supply should have made things right, which they did not.

This rating has nothing to do with the local store...they are a five star for sure. It has to do with their corporate office in Florida, I believe..my husband has had an account here for years...it is in good standing...he recently was diagnosed with a terminal aggressive brain tumor. I called the corporate office to work out payment and was ONLY asking for no more interest to accrue on his account until it was paid off in SIX weeks. I had to sell all of my husband's tools and his work van at a yard sale that was four weeks away from said phone call,in between chemo and radiation treatments everyday during this time. The corporate guy wouldn't even do that. Shameful! I believe his last name was Hill. FYI ..I did the yardsale and paid off the account in full, exactly as I said I would. We owed roughly $3000.

First and foremost, this place is wonderful. In particular, I would like to focus on Dennis Carrol who went above and beyond! I was having some strenuous difficulties and major frustrations with an unscrupulous RI based contractor regarding a siding color discrepancy. I spoke to Dennis who ultimately worked his magic with Gentek siding where he managed to procure the correct almond coil trim when my lazy, fly by night, contractor couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone and do the job right. Dennis and Gulf Eagle Supply, I salute you! Thank you again!

I recommend gulf eagle to any contractor because of their knowledge and there great customer service.they do all they can do to make sure there customers get what they need when they need it..awesome company to have an account at sincerely yours Hoitt&Sons Home improvements

Awful to customers paid in full for kitchen cabinets over 8 months ago and still am receiving no answers as to when we will have our order completedThe rep we were working with left and we were never notified and we were emailing her email looking for answers and no one responded and no one reached out to move us to someone elseVery poor business practices and I never write reviews but want to warn the public of this very disorganized unfriendly place for cabinet orders many places sell there brands so go else where
