Terrible Experience - Scammed for Fake Shoes!
I am absolutely furious with this store. I bought what I thought was a genuine pair of designer shoes for my daughter, only to realize later that they are complete fakes! The shoes fell apart after just ONE wear, and the stitching is obviously poorly done. I trusted this store to sell me a quality product, but they took advantage of me and my hard-earned money.
When I tried to return the shoes, the staff were rude and dismissive, refusing to give me a refund and claiming there’s no way to “prove” the shoes are fake. The customer service is absolutely horrible—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Now I’m out over $150, and my daughter is devastated.
Do NOT shop here if you value your money. They are scammers, and they don’t care about their customers.

Terrible business by the owner. They took clothes from me which included very expensive brands such as denim tears and sp5der and when the items were received they blocked me and did not pay. They also continue to sell counterfeit items in the store and don’t offer refunds. Stay far away from this place.

If I could give this place more stars I would. This is definitely the place to buy your shoes. The owner is super friendly and you can tell he loves helping his customers don’t look anywhere else I definitely found my shoe shop for sure.

I initially messaged heatfeet and got a respond quickly and he helped me with my size. There’s a big selection and seems like he always gets the new releases and in a lot of sizes I will definitely be purchasing more in the future! He also delivered to me as I am in another state and delivery was quick, had to pay for shipping which was 15 so it wasn’t terrible. Thanks heatfeet!

I have bought a few shoes from here, and each time I received the same level of customer service. Awesome shop for the hard to find drops! Love the setup and personal experience every time I go! It’s like having a personal shoe broker! What’s there not to love!
