My mom raved about this place and the amazing pedicure she got. I figured id give it a try. The service was awful! The man doing my nails had to correct my gel nail polish 3 separate times. It was almost like he was in a rush and didnt let it dry correctly. The design he gave was terrible and was something my 7 year would have done a much better job on. Typically I speak up but I was so frustrated by the time we left.

I was staying at a local hotel and needed a quick mani/pedi. They were ready for me at my appointed time and did a fantastic job. Wish I had more time to extend the foot massage. If I lived close by, it would be my regular salon.

This place is a scam don't believe the reviews and the online website they have nothing to offer at all this services is very bad I could have did better at home by myself with the pedicure service that I just received if you are someone like me who loves to take care of their nails feet skin care in love having a good experience while at it and very happy with the services at all times please don't go to this place big waste of time it was rushed it was sloppy spa water was freezing cold she rushed me around like she had somewhere to be she rushed me to find a color but I told her that there's no color I like so I just picked like a regular white kind of color with glitter in it she then proceed to put a green clear color on my toenails for the polish as if she was too lazy to go find the color that I actually picked I didn't even notice it until after she was done and she asked me if I like the color I called you before I came I explained what kind of services I want then when I arrived they don't tell me that they don't do facials and then after she rushed to my toenails she asked me a bunch of questions about how I want my hands and nails done as I looked as in an total clueless blond moment of blankness of why she's asking me questions as if I'm supposed to teach her how to apply acrylic nails.. like very confused I just didn't even care to get any services I paid for the trashy toenail polish only and just left just a waste of my time the services that I was looking for was the same place that I can get a facial nails and feet done which I explained when I called and then when I arrive I felt tricked and played with just to get me there to get something out of me because they don't even provide the services that was intended to receive 🙄🤔🫣🤣 so yes I'm very pissed off never again and if you're someone like me who loves to be cute nice and takes care of the simple pleasures of mani pedi face or other Spar services don't go there please she told me the acrylic was going to cost me $85 this is not a joke please please please please please please never waste your time I'm just laughing about it cuz wow this is crazy but okay just a heads up lol 🫣🤣🤨💋

I’ve become a regular here since moving to RI and this salon is the cleanest I have ever been to. My nails always come out looking the same (which is stunning) and I don’t limit myself to just one nail tech - they’re all great. I’ve seen the salon regularly accommodate walk ins in a timely fashion because they have ample technicians. I’m going to be sad when I move if it’s far away from Hera because my fill appointment is something I look forward to. Sitting and just enjoying a nice space while I have my nails done is my ideal Saturday

First time here just a walk in and very nice experience I recommended the dip powder if you are shopping to Trader Joe’s and need a quick upgraded manicure!

Quick and convenient. Always a great job! I just get a basic mani and pedi and am always pleased! Never experienced a long wait and have never made an appointment. Highly recommend.

Just don’t…terrible shaping and painting. My 3 week old pedicure that I walked in with looked better. I asked for them to be filed straight across for square shape with sharp corners and my corners were filed and the little toes all cut at slants, very uneven. Then the entire nail wasn’t even painted, very stingy with the polish and didn’t start it at my cuticle, it looks like a week of growth already. Did not clean up my cuticles and for the most part a very DRY pedicure and you can tell, my feet were in the water 5 minutes each and not at the same time. Awful experience.

First time here with the wife, she treated me to a pedicure. The place seemed nice, they had nice pedicure chairs that massage while they do what they do. I watched while they opened everything, the place seemed very clean. The tech was good I didn’t have any issues with her. Over all it was a good 1st time experience.

We went in looking to have a manicure and a pedicure. One of the guys there abruptly said you're going to have to come back later..we have a wedding party here. It was 5pm! How much later and he did not have to be so abruptly. Place is clean but some of the workers there need to treat their customers better or they won't want to come back. I was stupid enough to try them again because I had a gift card. Please don't hire employees that are disgustingly dirty with dirty nails and smell. It reflects on your business.
