Not so great today, this dealership has had to replace a thermostat for me 4 times. Yes FOUR TIMES. They make you sit in the waiting room all day long claiming to be running diagnostics cant figure the problem out and do not want to deal with it bc its under warranty and their fault. Because of their negligence and faulty parts they said its been red flagged bc they had to cha ge it so many times so charged me found no problem and didn't change it, even though this is the same exact thing that has occurred previously. Very very interesting when we have all the paperwork from them changing all of these parts. I also bring a mechanic with me to this garage, and they still keep playing these games and lying. Extremely disappointed with this visit. If you buy any vehicles from here make sure you have an incredible end party warranty, you will be sorry.

Steer clear of Herb Chambers of Warwick!
Save yourself the headache, heartache, and your hard earned money!
I’ve never been treated as badly as I have here, anywhere else!
CarFax issues, deceit, disrespect , misrepresentation, omission, failure to disclose an accident with damage, the list goes on.
When they don’t want to deal with you or make right by you, they ignore you; Unanswered/unreturned calls, texts, emails, voicemails, the whole nine!
John Levine (Sales- Not a heavy hitter)is degrading to independent women, doesn’t listen, talks over you aggressively, and makes insulting accusations/ remarks.
Maz ( Sales Manager) doesn’t take you seriously and thinks a “complimentary oil change”will justify a huge misrepresented issue.
Neil (General Manager) sends what seems like auto-generated emails and never actually responds to emails that need addressing.
Not a single one, of many phone calls, emails, or voicemails have been answered or returned.
* Ben (Financial)- Shoutout to you, you’re the only decent human I encountered within this business. The only one who actually assisted me effectively, when it wasn’t even your area or responsibility. Thank you, Sir!
Potential customers: Please, female or not, do yourself a favor and keep far, far away from this place.
Don’t become a victim of this crooked dealership!

I have been very loyal to this dealership since I purchased my XT6 there in 2020. Vehicle has had increasingly concerning electrical issues, keys not connecting with vehicle to lock, unlock, pre-start, and turning vehicle on/off. I was quoted $199 to reprogram the keys, I was charged $260. After about 5 days the same issue has been happening, only worse than it was prior to “repair”. I just called the service department to inform them that the repair did not work and I cannot get into my vehicle or start it sometimes which is obviously not acceptable. I was told the first availability is in 4+ weeks. They have zero empathy.

I drove over two hours one way to look at a vehicle. When I got there I gave them my driver's license to make a copy like all dealership do. When I was read to test drive the vehicle I asked if the keys were in it. The sales woman Diane said they weren't that she had them & she proceeded to get in the back seat. As my wife was in the Passenger seat. I asked what she was doing she said she was coming. I said I'd rather not, as I don't need someone back seat driving. She said it's company policy & I told her if that was the case I'd leave as I'm not riding around with a stranger. She proceeded to get a very rude old gentleman. He said it was company policy in case I was in an accident & being a large corporation they wouldn't cover me. I have insurance & that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. This was a $15k car that was $4k over price. I could see I the vehicle was $100k clearly they're paranoid someones going to steal their vehicles. I feel they were stereotyping us. She wouldn't asked someone if it wasn't an option for her to not go with us. If a rich person went to go on a test drive there's no way if they didn't want the same accommodations that they would have gone with them. I've purchased an over $60k vehicle elsewhere & they didn't come. I've test driven many vehicles & have only ran into the sales man asking if he could come & I said no. He said no problem & stayed there. What insurance company only covers accidents if they employees is in the car. What a joke I had cash & would have purchased the vehicle but instead they can continue to be stuck up. I wouldn't even waste your time !

I’ve bought a lot of cars, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The customer service is impeccable, and you can tell the difference even just over the phone. Everyone is very welcoming and communicative. A big thank you to Diane, Jackie, and Ben for all of your help and incredible customer service. Another shout out to Diane for going above and beyond in getting my vehicle ready for me.

Back and forth with them — they wouldn’t take a penny off. I agreed because we liked the car and wanted to buy it (a Maserati). I even drove three hours to get there. When we arrived, the salesman knew nothing about the vehicle. I had been texting with someone else before, and there was no communication between them.
The car had a check engine light on, brakes squeaking, and when I asked about it, they said they’d call me the next day — but even then, they didn’t know how to fix it. That seems to be their answer for everything.
It’s bad service, plain and simple. I think they even took the car listing down after I complained. But they should never put a car on the lot for sale in that condition — check engine light, recall, and bad brakes. The car drove poorly, and that’s not an exaggeration — I’m a car guy.
You don’t put a $50,000 car on the lot if it’s not ready to sell, especially when you don’t even know what’s wrong with it. I even told them I was willing to wait if they adjusted the price a little, but they said the price is firm. Unbelievable. No wonder that company is struggling in the U.S.

I recently purchased a Yukon and worked with Wilson, who made the entire process incredibly easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. I really appreciated his laid-back approach, which gave me the time and space to think through my decision and feel confident about it. Wilson answered all of my questions thoroughly and helped make what can be a stressful experience feel calm and straightforward.
Ben in finance was also great to work with — easygoing, very knowledgeable, and focused on doing what’s right. Both gentlemen made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. This is a very respectable dealership, and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. I keep my vehicles for a long time and don’t purchase often, but I would absolutely go back and do it again.

This is my third time buying from Mario Sanchez at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, and his exceptional customer service is a big reason I keep returning. Mario’s expertise, professionalism, and genuine dedication make every experience outstanding. He’s an integral part of what makes the sales team at Herb Chambers Cadillac truly great. If you want top-tier service, Mario is the one to see!

Worst car dealership I've ever done business with.
*Purchased a car on 07/02
*On 07/09 I received a call that registration couldn't be completed because they sold the car without doing a VIN check - pretty sure this wasn't even legal
*I informed the dealership that I only have Wednesdays off and would need a loaner. They said they had no loaners available. It was at this point I was very uneasy driving the car without a reg.
*On 07/18, I still had not been able to get a loaner. Crazy to me for a dealership this size to not have loaners. On 07/18, I also received a notification from my previous cars (trade in) bank that I missed a payment. This was due to the dealership not paying off my previous loan in time.
*On 07/24, I purchased a secondary car, because I had to stop driving the car due to no reg.
*On 07/28 I was told we would do the VIN check on 07/30, as I was able to stay local for work. I reached out on 07/30 and didn't hear back until 07/31.
*On 08/08, the dealership said I could pick up a copy of the title and have the VIN check done myself at the local police station. I picked up the copy of the title and drove to the police station. The police refused to complete the VIN check due to it being a copy and not the actual title. More wasted time.
*Finally on 08/19 we coordinated to get it done on 08/20. Which did happen.
Shortly after taking the car, I noticed that there was so much wrong with it. Damage to the front lower portion of the fender. Ripped leather in the back seat. The hood didn't open and when I went to the dealership the whacked out mechanic said there's a trick to these cars and smashed my hood while pulling the hood level to get it to open. Insane.
I emailed the GM Neil 2 weeks ago before going the legal/negative review across all platforms route. I never heard a peep from him. I am now to the point where I will just have my lawyer handle it. My time has been wasted, the car is in terrible shape (I know - I should have done a better job inspecting it prior to driving away - but still) and I literally had to buy a car out of fear for driving without a registration.
DO NOT do business with this place.

Do NOT do business with this dealership.
Purchased a pre-owned CT5 from Herb Chambers in June. Vehicle was posted in April and was told it was delayed multiple times. Finally, it showed up in mid-May and needed a lot of work done before showing it. When it was finally ready, I was rushed by the salesman, claiming the sale needed to be completed by the end of May or else my deposit wouldn’t be valid (this turned out to not be the case), even though I had been waiting forever for the vehicle from them. I finally test drove the vehicle in the beginning of June and was content at the time. Immediately after leaving the dealership after signing the papers, i observed multiple dash lights and other mechanical issues. Supposedly, HC had performed the state inspection on the vehicle. I had asked for the work performed multiple times before purchasing the vehicle and wasn’t given the invoice until after purchasing the vehicle a few days later. All of the mechanical issues I observed were documented and supposedly fixed, even though management was quick to blame me for the issues before reviewing the problems. The dealership informed me they would not be covering the cost to fix the vehicle and it was deemed a lemon. The dealership took the vehicle back but wouldn’t allow me to have my traded vehicle back which was sitting in the back of the lot untouched for 2 weeks. Magically, after I requested my old car back, the vehicle went into service for pre-sale inspections. I was without a vehicle for 2 weeks because I refused to do anymore business with HC. The dealership refunded me everything but sales tax, by the end of June. They claimed they didn’t owe me sales tax, which is incorrect, according to the state of RI. After multiple failed attempts to get in contact with the dealership, I reached out to various entities to help resolve my issue. Finally, at the end of August, Herb Chambers refunded me the sales tax after being contacted multiple times by different parties.
I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership because of the lack of ethics and shady business practices. Don’t let this happen to you.

Jacqueline, Neil, Leo, & Harold have been involved in all 5 of my Cadillac purchases over the last 12 years. My latest purchase was seamless as always. AJ in service is always there throughout ownership as well. Would not consider purchasing a Cadillac anywhere else. Thank you!

I’ve bought two Cadillacs from here and couldn’t be happier! Every department has been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. The best dealership around!

If I could post more than five stars I'd post ten. Courtesy and professionalism was unbelievable from the time you walk in and meet your salesperson, meeting the finance manager and then the general manager. If anyone is considering buying a luxury automobile forget the foreign cars by a Cadillac and by it from this dealership.

i bought this as my first car as a 17 year old who went with her mother no men around and previously i had left an amazing review talking about my experience only then finding out that they left burning plastic and oil in my engine after the fact i left the vehicle there for 5 day for them to register it when having it removed they chipped my driver side door aswell as my driver side mirror just for them to try and manipulate me to thinking it was me.then had the audacity to tell me “we have 100k cars here if you think your car is 100k its not” as a 17 year old 30k is alot of money and it was the fact i was buying from them not needing to make a 30 min drive to them and couldve bought it somewhere else.then to only find out they hired the mileage on my car by 3 thousand miles then to only find out they made me buy a warranty not needing to, making me waste an extra 3 thousand dollars
