As a frequent traveler and a President's Club member with Hertz, I usually expect a seamless experience when renting a car. However, my recent encounter at the Hertz rental car location left much to be desired.Upon checking in, I was disappointed to find that despite my status, I wasn't offered my choice in a complimentary upgrade. When I inquired about alternative options, the clerk's attitude was less than accommodating, displaying a lack of willingness to assist.Returning the car was another hassle altogether. I was instructed to leave the keys in the vehicle and was assured that I would receive a receipt via email the following day. To my dismay, I discovered an unexpected charge on my card. Upon contacting Hertz, I was informed that the car's check-out hadn't been processed, leading to the erroneous charge. They assured me that an email with the receipt would be sent within a few hours.Disappointingly, the next day arrived with no receipt in sight. When I called the location seeking clarification, the representative brushed off my concerns and insisted on transferring me to customer service. To my disbelief, she simply placed the phone down, engaging in a casual conversation in the background, and never followed through with the transfer.Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and assistance, I eventually took matters into my own hands and contacted customer service independently to obtain my receipt.Overall, my experience at this Hertz rental car location fell short of the expectations associated with the brand. From unhelpful staff to procedural mishaps, it was a far cry from the seamless service one would anticipate, especially as a loyal customer. Improvement in customer service and operational efficiency is undoubtedly needed at this particular branch.

This airport car rental center never has enough cars. Hertz, Dollar, Enterprise etc etc. The staff is wonderful but are overworked and undermanned. I reserved a Corolla and got a 3 rowed mini van. Already I had a car. Again the service team was wonderful but the car inventory is always low. This was not the first time I reserved a car and they didn't have cars available.

An employee lied and said I scratched a car when they did. I was forced to pay over 1k! STAY AWAY! This location is not properly monitored nor do they care about you.

In and out as you come to expect from being presidential member. Small airports don't always get it right but these people have it down to an art. The exact vehicle that I had requested was waiting on me and it was all a breeze.

I reserved a model Y as a president’s circle member. I arrived at midnight with a model 3 assigned to me on the board. I asked them for a price adjustment since they didn’t have a model Y and stuck me with an inferior model car. No price adjustment was provided. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Hertz at Green Airport has successfully exited Covid. The service is much improved and the selection of vehicles is great. A very smooth rental and return, great service!

Awful service and no help desk. They knew our flight was landing at midnight and there was no one manning the desk even though they assured us there would be. No way to get a rental and stuck at the airport now for the evening, thanks to Hertz. Never going with this company again.

Took about two minutes at the counter to get my car. Car was clean and fueled when I picked it up after a three minute walk to the garage. Entire walk is covered, which is nice in the rain. Return process was very simple too. Got a compact and got 49MPG with it. Very pleased.

Absolutely horrible, gold hertz member had the suv reserved for two months and we saw the SUV from our reserved spot leaving as we arrived. The idiot in charge of making sure the suv left with the right person laughed in our face and told us our reserved left one hour ago and that it had been happening all day. They charged us for a large suv instead of a midsize which is what we got so over charged. Ended ip bring it back the same night and went through crazy junk to get refunded. Never suggest going through this company here again.

This is a horrible excuse of a rental company. The employees truly don’t care about customer service or lifting 1 finger to assist with an emergency. Contacting management is like finding where’s Waldo. No one is available to assist and no other options are available. What happened to customer service?

I'm a Gold Club member who made a prepaid reservation weeks ago. Arrived Wednesday evening as planned, they said they had no cars. Then the not-too-bright guy at the desk refused to cancel the reservation and issue a refund, saying he couldn;t figure it out, and I would have to call Hertz customer service for that. It was late at night, but thank goodness that an Avis rep called us over to the desk and was able to find us. Will never use Hertz again...been screwed over by them too may times.
