They lent me money for solar panels. The fact that they were putting a lien on my house was in the fine print.They keep saying I was late on a payment and I never was. I was a month ahead and got even. They still threaten me about that, saying I'm late.They call it a mortgage. Now I've noticed they take out taxes and insurance but they don't apply it anywhere.I have a mortgage with US Bank and the escrow gets applied to my yearly taxes and to my house insurance company, so I know how that's supposed to work. ?

I love working with Home Loan Investment Bank. I have had auto loans with multiple banks (both small and large) and what I can tell you from my experience is that Home Loan Investment Bank truly sets themselves apart from the pack. They are incredibly responsive and provide some of the best customer service I have experienced. I love that when you call their office, you can talk to an actual person who cares about your business. This is now my second loan with them and I couldn't be happier with the loan servicing team. They treat me like a part of the family, not just another number on a screen. Claritza and her team have gone above and beyond for me, I truly feel that they value my business I look forward to growing my business relationship with them in future.

I used Home Loan Investment Bank, F.S.B to finance my Harley Davidson and was well pleased. All payments done over the phone and always good customer service via phone, with no major issues.I have no complaints and would use them again, if I needed a loan of any type.

So far i have had my loan going to 5 months now! and i have not yet had an issue. When i call they attend me quickly with no issues, no run arounds. My payment goes in smoothly. No weird questions and they handle the situation quickly.Thank you for the great customer services.

I phoned approximately 4:45pm, expecting a harried and rushed attitude from whomever answered my call with questions about my loan payments. Instead, I reached Casey, who was not only professional and knowledgable, but friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure I understood my options for loan payments. I feel much more informed now than before I made the call. I appreciate Casey's exceptional customer service.

Linda was Very nice and understanding…she helped me get what I needed done.. and she even called me 12 minutes before her shift ended to let me know what was going on… most people won’t do that I had a very good experience with home loan investment bank no matter who I talked to the 4 years of my car loan

at first i was very sketchy since the reviews were not as good , but when i spoke to ashley , alyssa , and when i had called over the phone and casey attended me they all were very polite and answered all my questions . they always answer so quick. any question i have i text them throught the homeloank bank app. THERE QUICK TO ANSWER! i had always asked them everyday throught the week if my check came in and always updated me if it didnt came in and then i seen my check came in . they were very quick and my account balance dropped quick. i have a low balance remanining but i am able to call and they pick up quick and let me know my final balance . i am very satisfied with there customer service ! i had experienced a total loss the first time with a different bank and it took them 3 months to finally reach back to me . this was one of the quickest easiest process i ever had , thank you alyssa , casey (sorry if i spelled it wrong) and a BIG THANK YOU TO ASHLEY FOR ANSWERING ALL MY UNESSESARY QUESTIONS !! ;))) i know its hard dealing with customers who are constantly asking questions so thank you for having the patience with me .

I'm writing this review for Ashley and her supervisor Claritza in the Loan Servicing Department. My 5 star rating is solely for their diligence in correcting a problem; it is NOT a rating for the Loan Servicing Department itself as I was disappointed in the overall lien removal process.Here's the background: After paying off this loan, HLIB did not remove the lien from my property in a timely manner. I was told it would take a month (it actually took almost 3 months). I understand that coordinating the process with several third party vendors of HLIB added to the time for this lien removal. Three months is entirely too long however!I made several calls to the Loan Servicing Department. The best way for me to describe these various telephone interactions is to say that it was only Ashley (and her supervisor Claritza) who showed any urgency in getting the lien removed.Overall, someone at HLIB needs to see how they can get better service from their third party vendors when it comes to removing liens for out of state customers. This does not reflect well on HLIB which otherwise has great service on the loan application and funding side of things for out of state customers.
