I clearly pointed out the stains and requested dry cleaning, which they promised was possible. When I picked up my clothes, none of the stains were removed. They said they only did laundry to avoid damaging the logo — without telling me — and still charged full price. They didn’t do the job I paid for, and when I complained, the staff cursed at me and told me never to come back. This place completely unprofessional, and has zero respect for customers. Stay away.

I am always happily surprised when I bring something in with a stain. I always forget to mention it. When I pick my dry cleaning up the stain is gone.! The attention to detail is spot on.Always service with a smile.

Try to drop slacks by 11 walked in at 5 of and he I was late 10:55 is not 11 so he refused to help very negative attitude people should go to other cleaners

I will never use this cleaner, they quoted me $150 to press a satin dress for my elopement.Went down the street to another cleaner and the other cleaner did it for $20Seems like they heard I was getting married and added $$$

Great place to have your laundry done extremely friendly staff been around for a really long time and doing excellent job at cleaning your clothes and pressing everything and extremely reasonable prices highly recommend

Would give less than star if I could, this place could care less about customer service or friendly staff. Do not ever go here or drop off your clothes to these people.

New to Governor Francis, it was my first time to this dry cleaner at 9am on a Saturday. No- one else was there. I asked for details on the business. "Last Name" and "Home Phone #". This is after I explained I'm new to Warwick. No other Customer Service was offered. Picking up my 1 pair of pants at lunch, I had to wait for the same person to check in 5 slacks. No one was in the store. Why I had to wait during lunch for someone else's clothes to be processed ( who was' t there ) , another example of bad customer service. One pair of slacks $6.25. And bad customer service. Looking for a new cleaner.
