where to start. I sent the tax specialist Marie my documents via email as she had requested. She has been doing our taxes for a handful of years so I trusted her. My 1st mistake. We go to our appointment, she has our taxes prepared, we sign and a year later Ireceive a letter from the IRS that I owe them OVER $3000. Long story short the woman forgot to include my Unemployment Benefits (2021 Covid). I didn't check her math...My 2nd mistake. I have PROOF I emailed all my income documents to her. I can't even get someone from H\\u0026R Block to speak to me about this issue and she is asking me for $99 to \\\"help\\\". She keeps saying I should have paid for the piece of mind guarantee. I didn't think I needed piece of mind that she was doing her job \\u0026 not making HUGE mistakes. I know it was an accident but not even an apology and I'm in debt to the IRS thousand plus penalties and interest. Im not going to share this woman's email address on the internet. But if anyone would like to see the proof I definitely have it. I can share the emails and texts to prove the mistake

They contact you and say you are eligible for a \\\"cash advance \\\" on your taxes, then they say when you get there its not based on your return it's a credit check, and when your credit is good and your predicted return is high enough for you to get an advance they turn around and say your pay stubs for the year aren't current enough! Completely dissatisfied, and they do a hard inquiry so your credit score goes down.
