Services were great but they did not inform me about the fees associated with the service until the end. It would be nice to know that I would be paying over $400 for this service before I walked in there. Bad business

Lloyd did my taxes as usual. I always feel confident that my taxes were done correctly. I uploaded on my documents so I was able to just come in and sign everything. I don't even think I was in the office for 15 minutes and that included wait time, and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend.
