Sheila was kind and knowledgeable, and explained all of our tax questions and more. The only downside had nothing to do with Sheila. We feel that Jackson-Hewitt needs to lower their prices a bit in this highly competitive field. For that reason alone we felt that we should have gotten pricing from other agencies prior.... read full comment
