I’ve been a customer since 2014. Service department is very good. Bernie is my service advisor, she is efficient, professional and very pleasant. Work has always been completed in a timely fashion with attention to detail Excellent experience overall.

When I Googled to find the nearest Jaguar dealer Jake Kaplan came up as the only Jaguar dealership in Rhode Island, so I went there, but they stopped selling Jaguars several months ago and still have that huge Jaguar sign up out front. Very disappointing .....they should take down the sign and take down the listing if they're not selling Jaguars.
They seem like nice enough people when I talk to the staff there, but they are misrepresenting things to the public, and wasted my time and a trip down there

Mike Hiraldo, Paul Martineau, Glen Spardello and the rest of the sales staff have become part of my great extended family. Sixth JLR vehicle was recently purchased from them at Jake Kaplans. Thanks for another excellent experience. 100% satisfaction. I can’t forget Lori Slapikas, Mike Coccolli, Luc Forge and the rest of the service department. Their patience and expertise goes above and beyond at all times. Thank you.

Mike Hiraldo- salesman. Amazingly nice person. I never actually met him in person as I was shopping and comparing F-Pace SUV's- I was almost 90% committed to doing business w/ him across state lines when another rare situation arose and I renegged, calling him to disengage and purchasing the other. Instead of being upset,, insulted or angry, he was most complimentary and was very professional, discussing the differences. I told him I was blown away by this and that should I trade in within a few years, His dealership and through his guidance, I will seek. Jake Kaplan hired a gem of a nice guy. Definitely will go back.

I have bought a lot of cars in my life and I have to say that Brian Chevalier is the best person I have ever dealt with. He was responsive, thoughtful, and a true professional. It is because of him that I flew from Maryland all the way to Rhode Island to buy the Jaguar he was showing me. Simply outstanding!

Wow! These guys have really gone down hill. When I bought my car they were so polite and caring. I bought my car back for repairs and they were rude, condescending and waaaaayyyy overpriced. I like my car and considered buying a new Range Rover but think I will shop another brand to not deal with their service folks.

My SVR is going in for routine maintenance, new tires and alignment. This will be several thousand dollars in maintenance. Because of an issue the dealership is having with Progressive Insurance, which is who I use, they will not provide a loaner vehicle. Completely ridiculous in my opinion and I’m looking forward to my next new vehicle - which will not come from Jake Kaplans.

I do not normally write reviews and if I have ever it’s because the service was amazing. Unfortunately I can not say that about Jake Kaplan Ranger Rover dealership. Over the course of the year I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on repairs it was one thing after another. And you would think that they would get it right. Nope they never did. It was one excuse after another. Range Rover has been the worse vehicle I have owned. It’s sad. Beautiful cars that see more of the service shop than the highway. The stress with dealing with one problem after another is not worth it. Don’t spend your money buying a Range Rover and definitely go buy anything from this dealership. They will always get their money back with all the service fees and problems.

I've got a newish Jaguar sitting in my driveway That is not drivable because Kaplan won't accept my extended warranty. And since they are the only Jaguar dealerships within 100 miles of me, I don't have a choice but to let it sit until I can come up with approximately $7,000 to fix it. Transmission seems to be messed up (with less than 30K miles on it). And this is within 2 weeks of it's yearly service. Bottom line is don't buy a Jaguar in MA or you will be gouged to get it serviced or repaired by these folks

Hey i own a jaguar They overcharge a don’t clearly go over the diagnostic with the customer, also very inconvenient take a month or two before you can have your car serviced. They only do cars that was brought from them a they don’t take no outside warranty’s like car shield etc. Experience was 1/10
