Do not buy any type of gold from this company, I bought an 14k ankle for my wife and it broke three times I took it to repair twice and on the third one I got tired of it went in person to get my money back, exchange it for another or even get something else for the same price. I was told I’m not able to do that even though I have warranty on it, I was also told that they would contact me when they get another one, I haven’t heard nothing since then it’s been a month.

The customer service that I received from Elizabeth Trimmer & Tom was far above any other place I have been. The courtesy and detail to exactly what I was looking for made me choose this exact location. They didn’t force me to buy. They took their time and the patience that they showed was exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone looking for any piece of jewelry to see the both of them. They were a blessing. I will never go anywhere else. Ty again guys!!!!

My fiancée bought an engagement ring from here and when I have been to this location with him for resizing in the past, I have had a pleasant experience. However, during last two visits, it has been the opposite. First time, the woman who assisted me was reluctant to communicate with me. Second time, which was last night, I was assisted by another woman who was a bit impatient and consistently gave me an entitled look. I was there to pick up an order and also to get my ring cleaned. I gave them the phone number associated with the account and verified account details, but I think somehow it took a few minutes for their system to pull up purchase information during which I was pretty much interrogated about purchase date, price, design, last visit, last inspection etc. Never had this experience before. And once the product appeared on the tablet, our interaction transformed and she complimented the design and price etc.
I wanted to look at wedding bands while I was there but after this experience, I will invest my money where people treat you respectfully.

Cindy is the best! She worked with my fiancé on a gift for me a few years ago, a few months ago in my engagement ring and this morning helped us to select the most perfect wedding bands. Cindy, thank you- we’re customers for life!

She was so helpful and lovely through my experience of getting an engagement ring and I'm happy I made the choice to go to this location. Elizabeth & Lyn made a concept gift idea a reality having their in-house jeweler custom make a necklace for my Mothers upcoming bday. I had reached out to several jewelry stores in both RI & MA w/ no success. I was overwhelmingly impressed with what they created for me.
