A anchor store for the Mall. It has gone down hill. A Hot day Sunday No air conditioning for the customers or employees. They said it was broken. Their checkout system is a circle nightmare with no organization.

Curbside services shouldn’t be offered if the employees won’t deliver the items to your car in a timely manner. After waiting for so long, I went in to find the employee chatting down the hall with another employee. Meanwhile, customers are delayed for curbside. JCP needs to hire people who know more about customer service. They were more worried about maintaining an empty counter than serving real customers.

Horrible experience with customer service while making a return. I bought 4 bath towels, washed them, there was fuzz all over my washing machine and on the lighter colored towel. I brought them in to return them, I had my receipt, and the cashier was rude from the start. Her name was Gina and she was working with the manager, Nina. I felt they both were talking down to me and insisted they never see that happen with those towels. Why argue with the customer?? Gina kept saying there was nothing wrong with the towels and told me not to buy them again! No problem, I won't buy anything there again!

A man named Nick help me pick out a citizen watch he was so kind and helpful he had so much knowledge about all the watches his customer service was the best I’ve ever seen. He personality was so out going and genuine.

I went to pick my ring up after it being sized and the lady that helped me was a total bitch. She told me she needed the slip I was given when sending the ring out and I told her I wasn't given a slip and with an attitude she told me yes I was. I told her no I wasn't and she told me yes I was because I got the protection plan. I didn't bc I didn't even buy the ring from JCPenney I only brought it in to be sized.. she was extremely rude I hope nobody else has to deal with that rude bitch:) (I only put one star cause I can't put 0)
