We are about an hour and half from Baxter’s and to mitigate travel he was able to do everything virtually while still feeling comfortable and confident in the final result since the communication was stellar.She guided us through when it would be the best time to get wedding bands so we could get perks from wedding band week. Her attention to detail roots from how good of a listener she is and she really focuses on what the couple wants.She educated us so well through this process, help us get the insurance set up, sized our rings until we were happy and made the process so easy and enjoyable.Baxters and Janina are our forever jewelers”

“This lovely shoppe is co-owned by two women who are RISD grads. Everything in the store is handmade, including candles, jewelry, blankets and wall art. It's hard to choose what to buy because everything in there is gorgeous and high-quality. I chatted with a friendly sales associate named Beth who not only told me all about the store's history, but also suggested local eateries and scenic views so that I could get the full Pawtuxet Village experience. I envision myself being a repeat customer here!”

“I went to cheifs because I broke the chain I had. It was a very sentimental charm. It was my father's who passed away 23years ago. To make a long story short she was aware of the fact I couldn't afford an expensive on I'm on ss. She worked with me for over a half hour and found one for 35.00. I asked her if my old chain was worth anything. She checked and said I can give you 25.00 for it. The chain ended up costing $10.00. I was amazed. I can't remember her name but she was absolutely amazing and she deserves recognition for being such an awesome saleswoman. I have made sure I posted it on fb and all my friends said they wouldn't hesitate going there because of what she did for me. Pleased tell her she's was amazing. Thank you!! “I went to this business in early August 2020 with several pieces of jewelry and found the business to be very informal because of its small size and small staff as I was waited on promptly and was given an honest assessment of my jewelry in that only one was a gold piece and the rest costume.There was no charge for the inspection of the pieces and I was given a satisfactory amount for the gold piece where some jewelry buyers would turn me away because their only interested in certain types of gold pieces and act like I'm taking up their time.These people took their time and left it up to me if I wanted to sell the gold piece which I wanted to do as I needed the money.I would recommend this business to anyone with potentially valuable jewelry.”
