“Wow! I’m new to Barrington so I did a quick Google search for jewelers in town where I could get my engagement ring sized. Gray Jewelers came right up and I like that they’re a long-standing, family-owned business so figured I’d stop in. And I’m SO glad I did! The man who helped me (one of the owners? Or at least a long-time employee for sure) advised me on the sizing process and helped me find the correct size for my finger. He even told me that since we’re so close to the July 4th holiday, it could take a little longer than usual and suggested I bring it back after the holiday so I wouldn’t have to be without my beautiful ring for longer than usual (I had told him there’s no big rush on getting it done and that I was hesitant to leave it that day because it was still new to me and I wasn’t ready to be without it for 2 weeks 😊). He even put on a temporary sizer so it fits me better until I come back to have it permanently sized! And he didn’t charge me for it (I offered and would have happily paid for just that). I’ll add that the ring was not originally purchased there so there was no connection to the business beforehand in any way. The whole experience was SO pleasant and you can tell these guys know what they’re doing and have been doing it for a long time!. Even from the brief experience I had there, I would HIGHLY recommend them as seasoned, fair and talented jewelers. And I love supporting a local, small business to boot!”

A different jeweler had changed the battery twice and when it still wasn’t working gave me an estimate of $200 to explore the problem further. Caron Jewelers changed the battery, got the watch ticking, and billed me $10. It’s been weeks and the watch is still running perfectly. A big thank you to Carons. Their honesty and integrity reigns supreme.”

Came in to purchase a new Hamilton, felt comfortable looking around the other displays while other customers were being helped, and when I was assisted, the salesman let me try my new watch on, sized the bracelet for me, made sure I was familiar with the movement type, and even offered to place the watch I showed up wearing into the box for safekeeping so I could wear my new purchase out of the store. Could not be more satisfied!”

“Beyond grateful to Michael at Bellini for fixing my granddaughter's ring. Is is her mother's ring who passed away in 2017 when my granddaughter was 18 years old. She gained weight due to medication she was on and had to have the ring cut off. we asked MIchael if he could fix it and he said he could for $40.00. We agreed and after he looked at it closer he called and said the ring would not survive the heat. We decided that he should go ahead and we would deal with the fallout. the stone did not survive . We decided we would have the setting turned in to something else. Michael called and said he would replace the stone and fix the setting at the agreed price. We picked it up today and it looks just like new. Thank you Michael for extremely generous kindness”
