Awesome customer service!! I'm reaching boomer territory so walking into a store being run by a bunch of youngsters is always a roll of the dice, but damn, they were so good. Very attentive and resolved an issue I had with a pair of birks. Will return for future purchases.

Horrible, I felt completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The workers were all just talking each other gossiping instead of assisting when I needed help. The blonde one and the brunette also gave me dirty looks. The air was just now good. I quickly left and took my business else where. The mall really is going down hill when it comes to customer service

This store is full of shoes for all ages, but mostly geared towards teens and young people. The store also sells t-shirts and other accessories for teen active lives. They have a nice website and app where you can buy online and they do have many offers and specials online, including a Birthday club, where you get a special coupon to be used during your birthday month. Journeys as a corporation is a unique teen retail leader with an emphasis on footwear and specialty items including apparel, backpacks, hats and accessories. Kids and infant sizes are also available. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The workers just stand around with their arms folded and do not offer any help. I was the only one in the store and I asked if someone could help me. I had an item in my hand and asked if they had it in my son's size. She just looked at me and said that the boy's section was in a different spot. And didn't offer any further help.

I went to Journeys and Rosali was amazing! From the moment we walked in and at checkout. The kids smiles were priceless when she offered them to put the crocs on after purchase. Always a great experience but today was extra special ā¤ļø!
