Kent DME did suffer from being understaffed for a while.BUT !!! They are back to being a great DME company.I visited to resolve a few issues and Corinne took care of EVERYTHING. It wasn't easy to find what I needed but she wouldn't quit until she found what I needed and took care of me. They are able to answer the phone more often and are adding another customer service person soon. The respiratory therapist are genuine wonderful professionals with great personalities.I will be recommending them to everyone.

They have someone who answers phone calls and says "please hold". I think she is the only one who works there.

How much education is lacking in this place, I arrived with my son (of legal age), I rang the bell at the window, there was a person from behind sitting at his computer, and he didn't even look at us out of ethics, he remained silent, after a while a person came out Mrs. didn't even say hello, with a "dry" face, with her attitude of "they called her that she was ready"? And he entered, then he called me through the window, to give me my order. I wonder what they think that one is “asking”, that this is a favor? What bad customer service. Invest in courses where the priority is the patients who go there, I am sorry for those who arrive with some affliction due to such a lack of empathy.

Called last week and they never contacted my Dr for a new scrip and yet they said they would. Called Dr today and they said they never heard from them until just before my call. I had just called again and got bold about it. So then they called. Very poor customer service. Used to be good, not anymore

Told I would have to wait 6 months for a machine. They didn't have much in stock,hoses or nose pillows either. They will not be getting my business in the future. Waited a hour for 1 item.

Awful customer service and delivery. If you ever have an issue wondering where your stuff is don't bother calling or leaving a message. They don't call back! For this type of business they need more care for the customer. Find another place quick

Monthly my husband has an issue. Don’t leave a message they are overwhelmed and have no time to return call. For a medical supply company a shame. People ordering supply’s is not like ordering a pizza they need these items to function properly. I give a 2-3 at best. I know there is one women there that is on board with all

Called them the day before coming here to ask if they had knee scooters, they told me yes (while being rude to me on the phone) and I come here the next day and they don't have them. Missed a class to come here and wasted a gallon of gas. Never recommending this place to anyone I know.

My husband is on Oxygen 24/7Kent Home Medical treats us very wellWhenever We call to let them know his needs.The staff are super friendly and upbeat on the phone.
