Something has to change with the new process in the check out register. Long lines…. Only two registers open. It’s been like this the last 4 times I’ve shopped there since last November.

The clerk, Josh, was extremely helpful with me in the self checkout line. He was very patient with me and helped me get the needed coupons for my purchase.

Ever since this store has switched to the new layout, with self check out, the lines have been insufferably slow and inefficient. So much so that I’ve found myself avoiding this location for that reason. Sad because I love kohls. Maybe if they get in the habit of controlling the line and calling associates to the front, it can still work. But the way it’s being ran now isn’t.

I had a great experience when calling the store and had a guy check on a product, which he brought to the front desk for me to purchase when I arrived. I know certain stores frown on that and say we can't do that but it made my day. I know in this era of shopping online is the best, I don't always agree. I worked in retail for years, and that my friends, is customer service!

Kohl’s in Warwick RI has the worst system for checkout and returns. Took over 20 minutes in line and its not even Christmas yet

It was excellent, I got a cute green dress for 11.00 bucks,used my Kohl's card then, lost my phone my couldn't
find it went outside back inside went in the bathroom nothing. Called the phone left a message, went back up front and there she was the nice saleswomen who cashed me out dam I don't even remember her name she smile and handed me my phone , I was so glad big smile on my face saying thank you , thank so much. I was so dam happy, in that moment that women changed my day. Because I was about to have a heart attack over a dam phone. But thanks to Kohl's little green dress and that saleswomen I'm still alive

Would show you the dress but I'm to lazy to get up and take a picture of it and it looks better on them on the hanger. And no I'm not trying it on now either ?. Go get you some summer dresses @kohls they got some really cute stuff

Love shopping here for clothes and household items like bedding, blankets, etc. always have some kind of sale or coupons so check what promotion they have going on if you enjoy saving money!!
