Don't go here, they steal your info. Made a purchase last month at this store, found the receipt this week and before i tossed it i fortunately noticed this "Welcome to Rewards" card attached. Apparently the rep frauded my info to sign up for an account when i gave my email for an emailed copy of receipt. I know retail locations commonly have contests/programs to reward reps signing people up so i'd guess this is why, nothing against kohls, still nice clothes for a fair price. But just shop online or go to a different store. Keep your info safe.

Incredibly racist. Profiled as a black man and followed throughout the store. I spend more at kohls than most. Switching to TJ Maxx.

I received the worst customer service that I've ever had any store at the the Warwick Rhode Island Kohl's.This employee was lazy unhelpful and I was about to spend approximately $500 in this store. Because of this employee Kohl's will not see any of this money, nor will I spend any money at any Kohl's ever again.

Really great experience today! Was greeted by Associates throughout the store. Found exactly what I was looking for for my 26-year-old granddaughter's birthday, and realized at the register that my 30% discount coupon was good until the next day, but cashier allowed me to use it so I wouldn't have to come back...Associate Josh is great! Left happy!
