From the initial visit to the showroom to the delivery, it was great! No hard sell. John showed us several models. He demonstrated the features. We left and considered the options. Then returned and set delivery. Your crew were courteous, showed us how the remote worked and placed the chair exactly to our preferences.

Brian Paradis made my experience buying a new couch simply pleasurable He ws not pushy and we worked through colors etc in minutes. The store is beautiful.
The rest of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A GREAT experience. I would recommend La-Z-Boy to anyone.

Chair broke down ,tech came over to assess problem, just a piece of wood and a couple of screws that needed to be ordered. Tech said 1-2 weeks . I called a couple of days before 2 weeks & it's a good thing cuz they never ordered the parts. Was thinking of buying a couch from them but after this I highly doubt it

Great staff, very helpful and showed me exactly what I wanted. They have complimentary design services which they bring samples to your home to help you select the best fabric for your space. Our couches are amazing and our family loves them.

The chair is fine with the exception that I find the seat cushion portion of the char to be uncomfortable. When seated I feel like I'm sliding off the chair as it's angled downwards! I'm guessing that I could possible add spacers to the front 2 legs so as to elevate and potentially eliminate this poor design feature... Otherwise the chair is attractive and the electronic controls are nice.

We had a great experience with Ann Marie, the Manager of Lazy Boy, and Kelly who helped us design our living room. They were both very knowledgeable. We made a lot of changes regarding what we wanted for furniture and it didn’t phase them at all. They just made the changes for us and let us decide with no pressure. A living room is a big purchase and we told them we had to go home and think about it. They were absolutely understanding and we ended up going back and made the purchases. I can’t wait for our new living room to arrive!
