I went into the Warwick, RI store today looking for a new pair of pants . I walked in an was immediately greeted by a lovely young lady Natalie. She offered her help in finding what I was looking for. She was so friendly and helpful , she got a dressing room for me and ran back and forth with various sizes to help me. Natalie went Above and BEYOND to help me. She soon found out that I had just lost a large amount of weight and she made suggestions that really fit my new figure well. I came out of the dressing room with an outfit that actually made me cry because I could see a figure I had not seen in some time. She offered a hug , and has now has made a very loyal client. PLEASE give her lots of kudos for all her wonderful customer service skills !!! Thank you ,

Yesterday I had the pleasure of coming to your store to have a bra fitting. I called the store the day before and spoke with Kristin. She had all the right info for me. As well as excellent customer service! When I arrived yesterday morning, I was greeted by Natalie.... who also has excellent customer service skills... and who introduced me to Kristin. Both ladies were very pleasant, very helpful, and they both knew their stuff!! Kristin fitted me for new bras... I was SO excited to finally have the right size for me! The store was having a wonderful sale on bras & panties! I am one happy customer! 😁 I definitely will be back to that specific location! Kristin & Natalie, you ladies are AWESOME!!!!!😁😁

I walked into the store and the sales associates could not even be bothered to say hello or ask if I needed help. They were talking with a customer who was checking out and they clearly saw me but did not offer any assistance. One even made direct eye contact with me as she walked by. I browsed the store for about 10 minutes, walking past them multiple times. Perhaps they didn't think they needed to bother helping me because I'm Asian. This occurance happened around 2:30pm on September 25, 2024 just so they know and their management knows exactly who was working when it happened. Racist karens. Do better, Lane Bryant in the Warwick Mall.

Love shopping at Lane Bryant! Warwick Mall is the only one in the area. Very helpful with my return and offered more assistance for later when I come back to shop.

Every time I come in here it takes 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me in almost always an empty store.You do better shopping online or going to Torrid, the customer service is great there.

I dealt with Mary who was very knowledgeable of the product line as well as super nice. She fit me with the correct size bra, the end result proved to me that she knows what she is doing. I received great service and highly recommend this store.

Definitely not a fan of this store in particular. Customer service is horrible!!! All colors coordinated over sizes! Stupid. Stop asking for donations!!!! Your clothes cost enough. Bras I purchased are made poorly. All set

One of my favorite stores. Love the welcome from the employees when you enter the store, manager Jill has a great personality and also love Melissa !! These 2 woman are always so helpful no matter how busy they are , they find the time . Been going here a long time and never disappointed! They have great sales and the clothes are good quality , they keep there shape wash after wash .
