I have used this lab for many, many years. They are the best! Fast and efficient, polite and courteous. Also arguably the best phlebotomists for children, hands down. I never go elsewhere. Very happy with this office. Easy, free parking, too.

Go in thru the front doors of the building with the covered drive up area. Once inside the check in and waiting area are down the steps to the left. Very large open space. Kind, courteous, and professional. When I went they had just opened and I was in and out much quicker than I had anticipated. Good.

Horrible waiting room is in the foyer, people walking around. Not personal or private. I'm sick and did not like having wait in public!!!!

My lab of choice .. great staff … all of them … I have frequent bloodwork weekly/ every 2 weeks I’m not an easy draw … they haven’t missed yet … first time every time … they are amazing .

My 10 month old needed a venous blood draw. The lab in her doctors office couldn't successfully do it, the lab at Women and Infants hospital couldn't successfully do it, so we tried this lifespan lab after it was recommended by a colleague. The 2 women here are wizards who deserve all the praise they can get. They we able to find a vein and get what they needed within like 5 mins. I am so grateful for the way they handled my baby.

Convenient West Bay location for a Lifespan lab. Early AM hours are a bonus for this working girl. Lab opens at 7 a.m. The location is at the medical plaza across the way from Macy's... Not in the mall as the address may lead you to believe. The receptionist was a cranky and abrupt D+ at best. However, the woman who drew my blood work was pleasant and efficient. The little lab room had an aquarium and seasonal decor. Thinking it would be a nice distraction if little people needed to visit. Convenient and quick...

I gave them a one just because they are quick the customer service is not so good One of the receptionist is miserable. I go there because it's convenient and I've been there before.. but if you're looking for a warm and friendly environment it's not there. If you're nervous or stressed out they just make it worse. Good luck
