I go to Tracie for my whole head foils and hair cuts. It’s really nice that a hair cut is included in my full foil as is the shampoo, blow dry and style. I have difficult hair that pulls orange for a long time and she’s knowledgeable enough to get the perfect white blonde I’m looking for. My hair cuts are always shaped, and gorgeous and this will be my hair stylist until she retires! Never pay more for less this lady is an amazing hair dresser and person. I always feel welcome and at home in her salon. Her employees are happy and so is she. Vibe checks out.

I showed Lisa a picture of what I wanted 2 days prior to the appointmentstating if she could make my hair exactly the same . My hair is flat straight and has no style, the sides were supposed to be feathered, the back was supposed to be layered ,instead all my hair 3flat ironed and and no body and the color is way too dark...I will never go here again. Tracie saved my life! I had an awful hair dye job from another salon of a full red head that I hated. I showed tracie some pictures and we went through the color swatches in the book and she amazingly was able to fix the color to give me exactly what I wanted. She's not the best blow dryer for styling your hair, but the color came out great!

Giving 1 star is being generous. I went there for a balayage. Never been there before but they had 4.9 star reviews so I figured I'd try it. I was honest with her about what I've used in my hair. When I used it. My ends were dry yes. I deff needed a trim. There was old bleach in my hair in the ends from over a year ago which I shared with her before . Other than that I've used normal box dye and again. As I told her before we started. And as a professional she should know what to do after receiving that information. I have done this same hairstyle before at another salon and when I went last time My hair had been played around with far more than ever and my hair came out PERFECT at the other salon. So she put the foils on. Sat me under the heater. I sat there for a bit. She only checked my hair one time. When we went to wash it out . My hair fell out in clumps. She over processed my hair and burned it off and then Pretty much called me a liar because " there's no way the bleach in your hair was from over a year ago". Well, yes it was. I don't see why I would have lied about that. I like my hair.my hair was halfway down my back when I got there.... I left with my hair up to my shoulders. She blamed me for it even though she's the professional and should be able to assess the situation and decide if it's even a good idea to touch someone's hair if she feel like it's not... I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would tell anyone to stay FAR AWAY from this place. You're better off driving an extra 12 hours somewhere else if you like your hair.

First time going, I almost didn't want to leave this review because I wanted to keep it a secret but they were so good to me they don't deserve that. I called in the morning and had an appointment for early afternoon on new years Eve (which I didn't expect), got a great haircut with good conversation. The conversation flowed so smooth and effortlessly before I knew it I was done! Definitely have a new place to get my ears lowered, they truly love what they do here and enjoy it.

We all know how busy everything gets around the holidays, My girlfriend and I had family functions and of course there is NEVER enough time to get all we need done we both needed cuts and my girlfriend needed color our regular stylist was to busy to get us done we were really short on time and it looked like we were not gonna get our hair done just by chance we stopped in and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and we were shocked when Tracy said if you give me 15 minutes we can squeeze you in not only did she squeeze us in but she made us both look and feel incredible! I highly recommend this salon to anyone I meet! They are friendly, accommodating, and truly talented, the salon is accurately named because they truly lifted both both of our egos!! Thank you Tracy for a job very well done and if your looking for an awesome salon look no further they nailed it!! Steve & Erin

I went in looking frumpy with long, lifeless hair. Tracie cut my hair into a pixie, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. She definitely knows what she's doing. I highly recommend this salon.
