The staff was so great .when I came to pick up our grill .the patice and Customer service was excellent.The manager Aiden was great he came and assisted .the cashier and the young man in the garden shop also very helpful .wish I could remember everyone name .

Lowe’s is great but I love this store. Our go to for good deals on appliances. Their aisles are mostly stocked easy to shop and find what you need.
I recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator at this store, the team that handled the delivery were above and beyond careful with the item and very respectful of my house. No harm done there, after all said and done, the fridge had a factory defect!! I noticed the freezer door is not opening or closing properly so I called Lowe’s customer service, the guy I spoke to couldn’t care less! He opened a return case for me (which I didn’t ask for because I recycled my old fridge on the same delivery day ) then later on I got a call from the store customer service and she was a delight, handled this like a pro put in for a replacement. Delivery set for tomorrow 6/3.
Problem solved got my new fridge.

Placed an online order here and was told it was ready via email. When we got there they hadnt picked the order. 45 minutes we gave up and just cancelled it all. Poorly run store.

Easy to navigate with long sight cane, also plenty of room for rollator or chair. Staff were friendly. Bought what we came for. 4 stars because the stall I used in the accessible bathroom had no hook anywhere to hang cane or anything else for that matter.

Miguel that worked in Lawn and Garden today was great service person you have in your store.
Just starting with a nice smile and met me outside to put the 10 bags of mulch in my car. I'm in management and it was nice to see people that are so helpful and didn't think twice to help.

Always find what we need here and then some. Cashier's are quick and polite. Never have an issue and enjoy the sales that they have.

The plumber it coming in to address a problem the the bath/shower, so while he's here we might as well get a couple of lav faucets that have been in for 50 and 71 respectfully. They wouldn't process my veterans 10 percent discount. This has been a problem for me for years, it doesn't matter how many times I go to mylowes com, it just doesn't work.
