I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe's they said that it would be delivered within a week. It was post-poned twice. When it was finally delivered, I explicitly asked them to remove the doors so that it would be easier to move (the doors had to be removed anyway to be reversed). They insisted on keeping the doors on. The result: seven deep scratches, five on the right side and two on the left.I called for a replacement to no avail. After six trips to the store within a month they finally scheduled an appointment to retrieve the damaged refrigerator. Adding insult to injury, that appointment was also postponed twice.The staff at Lowe's repeatedly informed us that they were powerless to rectify the problem because the refrigerator was delivered from their fulfillment center in Massachusetts. When we called the fulfillment center it typically resulted in phone tag. When we were able to speak with someone they offered so-called apologies and understanding. We weren't interested in apologies or understanding; we were interested in results. The time we spent trying to resolve the problem nearly equaled the amount of the refrigerator.If you have money and time to squander and want to test the limits of you patience and sanity then by all means purchase an appliance at Lowe's. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.

I contracted with Lowe's Installation Services to have a fence installed in my driveway. They required payment in full up front. Lowes contracted with Tripp Construction to complete the work. The process was disorganized, multiple phone calls, no one fro Lowes was the "project manager". Tripp did not do a good job with the installation. I complained to Lowe's, sent pictures and asked for compensation. At no time did anyone from Lowe's or Tripp Construction come by to look at the fence and my concerns. The job was expensive, $2400 and they offered me $108 in compensation--really? I just won't use them again.

Greeter at the door when we arrived was super nice and very helpful. She knew right where to find everything we needed. She was also very friendly and polite as were the cashiers on the way out

I ordered a countertop for an install in Rhode Island. The customer service rep confirmed the correct install address but the software changed it to an previous order in Florida. The template measure company assigned was from Florida. I reached out to the same customer service rep who did her best to fix the problem but was unable. I received emails from Lowe's asking if the order should be cancelled which I confirmed. However the order was never cancelled. I'm still waiting for my deposit refund, from like 2 months ago. So frustrating. I'm through with buying anything else from Lowe's, because of its failed software that literally cannot handle a simple order and, in other circumstances, its false stated appliance delivery dates which result in a bait and switch scenario.

Pretty standard for a Lowes, although I did notice for the first time a pro Air fill station (unfortunately out of service). Possibly, they're at all Lowes, and I've just noticed today. It's a nice free service. I always love the fact you can get your lumber cut at Lowes. It's another nice service they supply. Staff are friendly and always stacks of parking.

DO NOT get the repair agreement. I ve paid for the extended warranty, and we have been waiting since October 21st for the technician to come repair our range oven, and every week, it has been a different excuse or a no call no show. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, they told us again that we have to wait for another 10 days before the repair person is scheduled to come take a look at our appliance. What a rip-off. Worst customer service experience ever.

Had couple of projects , recently I did cement job at home ,Lowe's worker were great never even had to touch a bag of cement till I got home ,they were courteous, and loaded everything on truck ,thank you guys

They had what I wanted but only one of them ( shelves were pretty empty). On another item that I did buy after I checked the price online was not clearly marked as for price the item tag had the right price but not the right model number. The price was good but I shouldn't have to look it up online to verify price

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a product to strip antique hardwood floors that wouldn't damage the boards. They didn't have what I needed, but two salesmen assisted me, and they were extremely helpful. They thoroughly searched the store and even looked up products online to help me find what I needed.

I bought a refrigerator and was told it could open the opposite way from display. It was delivered and they had to send a tech. to switch it. Didn't work. Ordered a new one based on store manager recommendation. Didn't fit through doorway. It was returned immediately. They came back two weeks later to pick up the first one. HOWEVER, Lowes uses a third party delivery company, who didn't report it returned, so Lowes keeps billing me for something I don't have!!!!!!
