I'm just trying to to connect to the automotive section if the store. Wasnt a long wait on the phone but each time I explained what I was looking to do I was lead back to the main menu of options none of which I wanted but each time I pressed one to find just one person from the actual store I was given someone who doesn't even know what warwick is never mind the location. I had to tell the operator the number of the store, the address and everything just to be dumped back on the main menu. Finally got through to someone and they gave me to tech support who told me the extension I needed, I put it in and the phone says \\\"sorry I didn't understand\\\". What is this? Why is it torture just to talk to an actual freaking person, none of the operators knew what I was asking for hence why I wanted an actual employee. But no, best buy can't just hire competent callers.

If I could vote 0 stars I would. They need dire work with there customer service. I have had multiple unsuccessful attempts on resolving problems with this store. It’s extremely frustrating being sent to 5 different people all of which did not help me whatsoever. Very annoyed and refuse to buy from them again

Place doesn’t even take calls anymore. What a joke. How are you a national retailer and can’t even call the store. Poor customer service and reasons like this are why eventually you’ll be put down like the outdated dog you are. If Some of the brands that are sponsoring their product on the floor pull out it’s game over for you
