Went to Metro this morning to upgrade our phones at this location, Was was greeted by Shayla, we needed new 5G phones and I wanted hotspot for our boat Shayla was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and needed. We had already been to Metro on Bald Hill road met with a girl wish I could remember her name but I remembered she had purple hair, when I told her what I wanted she said all I needed to do was upgrade my phones. When I asked about Hotspot she said ( Why do you need hotspot when your going to have 5g) didn't make sense to me, plus she made me feel like we were imposing on her empty store. Needless to say thanks to Shayla for her knowledge and patience we're on our boat watching Netflix!

Scam alert! Stay away!
If I could negative stars I would. People working there selling phones without fully disclosing what you’re signing up for so they can make a sale. Going to be paying almost 1200 for an iPhone 12 because of improper training annd not fully informing me what I was doing, gave inaccurate information and the employee even put some of my info in incorrectly. If I would have known that day I was going to pay 1200 for an iPhone 12 I would have laughed and left. The manager Kenny was no help at all. Took no responsibility was rude and unprofessional and pretty much blamed me for not looking over properly and taking months to bring it to their attention, when I wasn’t give the correct information in the first place, that was after dodging me and not returning phone calls for over two weeks. Literally run in the opposite direction of this place. Will be reporting this to the attorney generals office. Really cruel to be out here doing that to people and I can only imagine who else this has happened to. Stay away from here!

After being on hold with customer service for 30 min, we went into the Hoxie Four Corner store and spoke with a very professional, kind , patient , and thoroughly knowledgeable young woman named Shayla. I listened to her help two customers before she helped me and i believe this young lady is going somewhere! All customer service people should be trained by her. I was extremly impressed. Give that girl a raise!!

I walked in shayla was super helpful and very attentive to my customer service. I walked in it was busy but i waited for almost an hour. Asked her questions and she was helpful to me she even told me to come back so she can program my new phone so helpful will return soon.

My phone had run it's course. Cracked screen the whole 9. Shayla is a wonderful employee. She knows her job and does it amazingly well. Multi-tasking with ease all the while making us all feel being taken care of. She was alone but honestly I wouldn't want anyone else helping me. Shayla thank you . 10 out of 10 doesn't seem enough !

I went in with questions about my payment using my debit card, and the woman, sorry I forgot her name, but tall lady with blonde hair, has help me easily, and fast! Probably one of the nicest employees I have met, who knows & enjoys her job! Great service!

Angie was very helpful and kind! She's extremely knowledgeable and helped me with a new phone and keeping me on the same plan I've had for years. She not only helped me, but the many people who came in the store while I was there. Thank you Angie for being so wonderful!!!

Do yourself a big favor, please, do mot go there. They will not have patience with you, they will not explain things kindly to you. They will not look to sell you a phone and they look at you annoyed that you even dared to go in, do not bother them please, just call metro, or go online, stay home. Do not enter that store, you leave sadder than when you entered.
