Do yourself a big favor, please, do mot go there. They will not have patience with you, they will not explain things kindly to you. They will not look to sell you a phone and they look at you annoyed that you even dared to go in, do not bother them please, just call metro, or go online, stay home. Do not enter that store, you leave sadder than when you entered.

Amareiya was awesome. She helped my son pick out a new phone and case. Super customer service and very knowledgeable. This is definitely my favorite location!

Everyone in this location has been super helpful. Shayla in particular has been kind, patient, and helpful as I’ve dealt with my elderly relative’s inability to keep his cell phone working for more than a few months. I’ve also witnessed the same patience and kindness in dealing with other customers during my many visits to purchase and replace phones. Thank you. Shayla!

I had Metro for 9 years great place great plan $30 a line then it went $50 for two lines never had any problems I switched the T-Mobile they suck I'm sorry but they're not as good as Metro and it's the same company you figure it out and it's more expensive

I'm not going to blow up this person's spot. But in a tough financial situation, there was a hiccup in the application of the affordable connectivity program to my account, which left me in a position of facing a month without a phone (recently laid off seasonal worker who won't see an unemployment payment for 3 weeks).. well this employee went into their own pocket and paid my bill and sent me out the door with a note saying Happy Holidays. I'm wiping the tear off my face in the parking lot as write this review. There are still good people in this world! May God bless this person and their family!! ✝️❤️?
