First weight was insane because it was only one person too the girl named Nicole said she was an assistant manager I think however she took the phone that I bought then she took my SIM card out of the box and then she said you need to use this SIM card and I said no you don't I've had MetroPCS for 19 years you just take the SIM card out and put it into my phone she said no you can't you need a new one so she charged me $10 on the receipts charge me 10 dollars for a SIM card that I purchased already with the phone. She yelled at me she said I didn't know what was talking about she was I wish I had more information cuz I I would change over to boost Mobile

I went there and had a terrible experience. A woman by the name of Christine wouldn’t sell me a phone bc I didn’t purchase 2 accessories … I would not recommend coming here.

Called today about my phone wasnt charging because my port is broken. The lady was rude and horrible customer service i only asked about my upgrade on a phone she told me no she couldn't give me any information about my phone Completely rude.
