Aisle 56 was very hard to find. It wasn't even labeled. No chocolate potato chips even though it said they were in stock online.

I went to Michael's today. As usual they want you to self check out. I wanted to use coupons which I had signed up for. The cashier was very short and, definitely not helpful.

I went in today to get a poster framed and was met with pure class and customer service excellence by the framing team! Taylor worked with me to get the frame and provided premium assistance going above and beyond after she noticed the frame I had picked out was scratched. If you need something framed look no further! Thank you so much for the experience Taylor I will definitely be back soon!

Things have gone from bad to worse at the checkout. Used to wait forever because there wasn't enough cashiers, now that they have self checkout (they take credit cards ONLY on these) they only have one cash lane open. Today I bought a $2 item and had to wait in line at the single cash register for 15 minutes...not a fun experience. I'll be taking my business to Joann Fabrics or Hobby Lobby from now on.

I was in the area and I knew I needed some LED votives for a dinner I was going to have, so I swung by this Michael's to see what they had....Their selection of LED candles and votives is really good and large....there are many choices to have...I found the one I wanted and with a coupon I had, it was a better deal. The line to pay was not too long and I was in/out quickly. Michaels, is a privately held chain of over 1,260 American and Canadian arts and crafts stores. It is one of North America's largest providers of arts, crafts, framing, floral and wall décor, and merchandise for makers and do-it-yourself home decorators. The company was founded in 1973 by Michael J. Dupey in Dallas, Texas. The company is part of The Michaels Companies, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Irving, Texas. In addition to Michaels stores, The Michaels Companies operates Aaron Brothers Custom Framing store-within-a-store, and Artistree, a manufacturer of custom and specialty framing merchandise. The company also develops over a dozen private brands sold in Michaels stores, including Recollections, Studio Décor, Bead Landing, Creatology and Ashland..of which I am a big fan of the latter, because I love their inexpensive scented candles....

I cintinue to Shopp at Michaels because I love art! However, after giving up on my educators discount card a couple years back; as they could never locate it in the, system. Lately, items marked at a discointed price DO NOT ring up as such. Usually, after pointing it out, they honor the price which is the legal and correct thing to do.....until today that is. The sign , or signs, posted throughout the store advertised clearly yet the kind young people at the register had no idea what to do, it was obvious they had not been trained correctly,if at all. After ten minutes and a call to the manager or lead cashier or Manager , I was told, " It is not on ALL the Artist Loft paint". I can read pretty well and if I misread one sign I had five more chances as tjete were at least 5 Signs!? I left, I felt badly for the young workers but I fel confused!
