Freddy was great! His team was fast, efficient, and i was in and out for a state inspection quicker than I thought I would be. Freddy is personable, straight-forward, and respectable. I will be giving him my business again in the future.

Came here a few weeks ago to replace my tires and get an oil change. I'd also been having an issue with my ABS which I was pretty sure I had been able to trace down myself, but I didn't have the tools to fix it. They were able to fix it for less than what another shop quoted me, which didn't even include the $150 that they said I'd have to pay just to diagnose the issue. But in my case, the technician at Monro could clearly see the problem and got it fixed in just a few minutes while my car was already on the lift. I chatted with the manager for a little while and I can tell these are good people running an honest shop. I'll be back!

This is not an honest establishment. They are not even competent enough to install tires. The manager is shyster. I learned my lesson and will not accept your free oil change!

If I could give more stars I would. Fred was extremely helpful and very persistent on finding the parts I needed to get back on the road which by the way only one part in all of New England was available for my ram 3500 and Fred tracked it down and didn’t stop until he had the part to fix my brake caliper and once the part was obtained the staff was very efficient fixing my problem even when other problems arose. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone that is in the area. You will be very well taken care of.
