Room is clean, service has been great. Needed to extend multiple times due to housing issue and they were very accommodating. Cat was comfy. No complaints.

The hallway smells like cat urine, the floors are sticky, and everything, including the walls, have stains all over them. On the plus side, it's a super cheap room
